Q: 1. Hi, I have a EOS 600D and I am wondering if it would fit. The manual mentions EOS Rebel 600D but mine doesn't have the Rebel mention. Could you please help me so I don't buy if it doesn't fit my camera? Thanks

A: Yes, the Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM Lens is compatible for use with the Canon EOS 600D (EOS Rebel T3i / EOS Kiss X5) DSLR camera.

Q: 2. Is this lens better than Sigma 10-20? Which would you recommend for a Canon T3i?

A: Also sigma is a great brand as well I used them all the time in the past but the cannon brand speaks for itself

Q: 3. will this lens fit my canon 80D?

A: Yes, it works fantastically on an 80D.

Q: 4. Is the Canon 10-18 compatible with the Metabones Speedbooster .71 Ultra?

A: No, if you're referring to the Metabones T Speed Booster ULTRA 0.71x Adapter for Canon EF Lens to BMPCC 4K Camera, as EF-S lenses require modification to fit or may remain incompatible even after modification.

Q: 5. Do you recommend the Hoya - 67mm NXT Circular Polarizer Filter or is there another that pairs better with the Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM Lens?

A: I am using the 67mm Zeiss T* Pol Filter (circular) with the 10-18. The T* antireflective coating avoids flare of stray light and is claimed to let 99.5% light transmittance through it. I have been using it for landscape shots and also indoors, in museums for example, where objects displayed are sometimes protected by glass shields and reflections are really a problem. Pictures turn to be cleaner and much better defined. I am extremely satisfied with this filter. As for the Hoya filter, to say the truth, I have no idea, since I never had the chance to use it, but I presume it might be OK also.

Q: 6. Is this a good lens for real estate photography?

A: That's what I bought it for and it has performed great.Highly recommend.

Q: 7. Will this lens work with my Canon EOS Rebel SL1 camera?

A: yes, but it actually will be a 16-28.8mm lens because of crop factor.

Q: 8. Is this lens compatible with my Canon SL2?

A: Yes it is compatible with Canon SL2

Q: 9. Will this work on Rebel t4i?

A: Yes

Q: 10. will this lens work with my eos m50?

A: It will if you use the an adapter such as this one, VIEFEOSM , and then you could.

I bought this lens about 10 months ago and so far the image and build quality has been excellent, although the lens has noticeable distortion and chromatic aberration towards the edges the images came out great. The lens is not the greatest in low light but that is to be expected from a wide-angle lens in this price range

I wanted a lightweight wide-angle zoom with image stabilization for my Canon 90D. I like to do landscape photography in woodland areas that are accessible only by hiking or bicycle trails, so the small size and light weight is a plus. The image stabilization allows me to take hand-held photos of waterfalls at speeds as low as 0.25 sec with consistently good results. The overall image quality is amazingly good for a lens at this price.

My trip to California wouldn't have been the same without this lens. It helped me attempt to capture the scale and beauty of Yosemite and the many vineyards along the way.

I absolutely love this wide-angle lens! The price is very affordable, it provides a nice wide view without giving the image a fish eye look. Great if you are a real-estate agent taking picture of rooms, or just want everything in the picture. I personally use it for night photography of the Milky Way Galaxy.

I wanted a reasonably priced wide-angle lens for family group photos. It appears to be about what I needed. I use a Canon T6 as a good point and shoot camera with auto focus. Strictly amateur abilities. This lens is wide angle with background details clearly copied. The kit lens which came with the camera is ok, but is too narrow for group shots closeup. Haven't used the lens much but have taken random pics of neighborhood homes and it appears to be worth the money. An entry level camera does not need an expensive lens. Happy with the purchase. B&H is the go to place for photo equipment, as far as I am concerned.

Wide angle shots that cover a great perspective, make for good establishing shots. I use this lens to take pictures of the whole banquet hall in a party, the wide terrain in a hike, the entire house and lot in real estate, a birds-eye view of the city in my travel shots, and so on. I believe it is a good way to start telling a story. Then I finish off the rest of my shots using my standard lenses. This lens is small, light, and easy to fit in my camera bag. No hassle to bring along, but the pictures it adds to my portfolio is always a welcome addition. I found the Canon EF-S 10-18mm to be sharp, with a good built, and focuses fast and quietly. It produces good color resolution too. It may have a small aperture, but it has IS that can compensate with handheld shots in low light situations. You'll never go wrong carrying one of these in your camera bag.
