Capture wide shots of fish, coral, and other sea life at depths up to 200' with this AOI DLP-05 Underwater Glass Dome Lens Port for Panasonic's Lumix G 8mm f/3.5 Fisheye. It is compatible with Olympus underwater housings for their PEN series cameras. Using the optional AOI AD-LP-01 adapter, you can mount the port onto Olympus OM-D housings. The dome-shaped front element corrects for the size distortion that occurs underwater, which causes everything to look larger and closer. Designed especially for very wide-angle lenses like the 8mm, it enables you to reduce the amount of water between you and your subjects for clearer, more accurate images, while fitting more in the frame.

The front element is crafted from optical glass with an anti-reflection coating on the inner surface. The tulip-shaped dome shade blocks stray light to prevent lens flare, while also offering some added protection against impact and allowing the port to maintain a light weight. Built for durability, the port body is made from aluminum that has been hard anodized for resistance to corrosion.

Main reason I bought it was to shoot and film skateboarding. I come from using the Death Lense, so my expectations were high... Ended up happier than I thought I would be.

I'm using this lens on an E-P3, and the results I have obtained are nothing short of amazing. Chromatic aberrations are extremely well controlled, even when shooting subjects against the sun, and the distortion isn't extreme - just right for a fisheye for my taste. The lens is extremely sharp and very compact, macro capability is amazing for a fisheye. If you're a fisheye enthusiast and are on the micro 4/3 platform, I definitely would not hesitate to buy this lens. A similar quality dslr lens costs twice to three times more...

As the girlfriend of an amateur photographer, I got huge brownie points for this Valentine's Day gift. Yes, he WAS worth every penny. Overall he loves his Lumix, but I think he loves me more.

This lens is an excellent combination of size and quality for any m4/3 camera. I've shot dozens of pics with it and the sharpness, contrast, and color are first-class. If you want a fisheye lens for your m4/3 camera this is a no brainer.

Though the Lumix 7-14mm can give you a similar DOF and range of vision, its rectilinear design cannot provide you with the Gilliam-esque look that this lens can.
