The Countryman E6s Omnidirectional Microphone is a miniature earset microphone for virtually invisible operation. The compact size and placement just in front of the ear make this microphone particularly well-suited for intimate theater and broadcast applications, or any use where low mic visibility is a key factor.

The omnidirectional pickup pattern provides a generous and forgiving pickup area around the perimeter of the capsule, while the stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, makeup, and sweat. The mic also comes with 3 different interchangeable caps that let you choose between a flat, bright, or very bright frequency response.

This version of the E6s is cocoa and comes with a 2mm diameter Duramax cable. It terminates to a 4-pin Hirose connector for use with specific* Audio-Technica wireless transmitters.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. I know Sony A7IV does not have focus bracketing. How can I achieve focus bracketing without using laptop in the field?

A: The Sony a7IV does not support focus stacking/bracketing. The only way is to move the focus manually a bit for each frame. And then later in an edit program merge them.

Q: 2. I'm considering getting rid of my Sony A7R3 camera and contemplating as to whether I should go for the Sony A7 IV. I like to occasionally ENLARGE landscape photos. I understand that MORE pixels (42 pixels in the case of the Sony A7R III) is not always a good thing. If I were to purchase the Sony A7 IV (which has 33 pixels), would I be sacrificing quality when it come to photo enlargements like 24" x 36"?

A: If you are using an inkjet printer and printing photos up to 24x36" in size while using a resolution of 200 ppi, you will have no issues with using the Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera. If you will be printing at 300 DPI, you may use your photo editing software to interpolate your image's file size to print a larger image while retaining image quality.

Q: 3. what's the highest resolution of the footage when you shoot on Clear image zoom? only 1080p or go high as 2160p in 4K?

A: Yes you can use the Clear image Zoom in 2160p 4K.

Q: 4. Would this be a good camera upgrade from a73

A: Yes, definitely. The jump from the a7 III to the a7 IV is a pretty big one: there's a new higher-resolution sensor (33MP vs 24MP), a new image processor from the flagship a1, improved video (4K 60p 10-bit recording vs 4K 30p 8-bit), better AF and subject tracking/detection, and some additional updates and improvements in the physical design and interface. It's a very strong upgrade from both photo and video perspectives.

Q: 5. Brand new Sony a7iv is coming in sealed box from B&H?

A: Yes, this is the item page for a brand new, sealed Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera (BH #SOA74).

Q: 6. Will it work with my Sony XLR-A1M audio adapter via the Multi-Interface connector shoe?

A: Yes, the Sony XLR-K1M Adapter and Microphone Kit (B&H # SOXLRK1M) will work with the Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera with Accessories Kit.

Q: 7. Is this camera will work with sigma lenses? Because i have not seen any sigma lenses in accessories

A: Yes, Sigma makes lenses specifically for the Sony FE mount. These will be fully compatible with the Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera. One can find compatible Sigma lenses at the link below: https://bhpho.to/3BBxxbK Additionally Sigma lenses in the EF-mount can be adapted using the Sigma MC-11 Mount Converter/Lens Adapter (Sigma EF-Mount Lenses to Sony E), BH #SIMC11C (https://bhpho.to/3xI87bg).

Q: 8. IA7iv compatible with the Sony HVL F43M flash?

A: Yes the Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera is compatible with the Sony HVL-F43M External Flash.

Q: 9. Does the Rode VideoMic GO II mic require the Female 1/4"-20 to Male 3/8"-16 Thread Adapter to put on a tripod? Or can it be screwed onto the tripod without the thread adapter?

A: Yes, the Rode VideoMic GO II does require use of the Impact Female 1/4"-20 to Male 3/8"-16 Thread Adapter (or similar thread adapter) in order to attach the mic to a tripod. The female thread on the VideoMic GO II is 3/8"-16 and the male thread on the tripod is 1/4"-20, so the adapter is needed to convert the thread on the mic to 1/4"-20.

Q: 10. I have a Sigma 35mm 1.4 DG lens for a Nikon "G" Type F mount. Is there an adapter I can use for this lens to work on the Sony A7 IV? IF so, will I have all functionality?

A: I am assuming you are referring to Sigma 35mm F1.4 DG HSM Art lens. If yes this adapter is listed on Monster website as compatible with full functionality. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1627136-REG/monster_adapter_la_fe1_nikon_f_to_sony.html
