A: There are different modes for that. With a flash on camera you can set for Live View display off so you can compose the image without applying the shutter speed, aperture, ISO settings. Then you can set one of the buttons in the camera to be shot result preview. Then when you press that button with flash attached you can check the image preview with shutter speed, aperture and ISO sensitivity settings applied. Shot result preview is under Setup, Operation Customize, Custom Key/Dial Set.

A: Yes you can use a Metabones adapter and Canon EF lens in this camera. The adapter does reduce focus speed, even though autofocus still works with certain lenses, focus speed and a lot of autofocus functionality does not work as good as in a native lens.
