The Countryman E6s Omnidirectional Microphone is a miniature earset microphone for virtually invisible operation. The compact size and placement just in front of the ear make this microphone particularly well-suited for intimate theater and broadcast applications, or any use where low mic visibility is a key factor.

The omnidirectional pickup pattern provides a generous and forgiving pickup area around the perimeter of the capsule, while the stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, makeup, and sweat. The mic also comes with 3 different interchangeable caps that let you choose between a flat, bright, or very bright frequency response.

This version of the E6s is tan and comes with a 2mm diameter Duramax cable. It terminates to a 6-pin Hirose connector for use with Samson wireless transmitters.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. what's the highest resolution of the footage when you shoot on Clear image zoom? only 1080p or go high as 2160p in 4K?

A: Yes you can use the Clear image Zoom in 2160p 4K.

Q: 2. I'm considering getting rid of my Sony A7R3 camera and contemplating as to whether I should go for the Sony A7 IV. I like to occasionally ENLARGE landscape photos. I understand that MORE pixels (42 pixels in the case of the Sony A7R III) is not always a good thing. If I were to purchase the Sony A7 IV (which has 33 pixels), would I be sacrificing quality when it come to photo enlargements like 24" x 36"?

A: If you are using an inkjet printer and printing photos up to 24x36" in size while using a resolution of 200 ppi, you will have no issues with using the Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera. If you will be printing at 300 DPI, you may use your photo editing software to interpolate your image's file size to print a larger image while retaining image quality.

Q: 3. What are the (noticeable) main difference between 4K 60 FPS video coming out of Sony a7 iv and 4K 60 FPS video coming out of Sony a7s iii?is Sony a7 iv's 4K 60 FPS video quality significantly degrade from Sony a7s iii's 4K 60 FPS video quality? What all these Complaining about Sony a7 iv not having a feature of shooting 4K 60 FPS with Full frame is about? I mean there is a lens in the market for any focal length you prefer right?

A: The main difference between 4K 60p on the a7S III and a7 IV is going to be the crop. If you prefer the full-frame look and don't want to have to change your framing to change frame rates then the a7S III is going to be a better choice. Otherwise, the final image quality on both cameras should be similar, though the a7 IV might has a touch more detail than the a7S III since it is down sampling from a higher resolution.

Q: 4. Does this camera's rear LCD black out with polarized sunglasses?

A: Yes, like most lcd screens you can not ware Polarizing sunglasses while viewing the LCD screen on the Sony A7 IV.

Q: 5. Is it possible that in the future Sony will add 4k60 in full frame (through pixel binning or line skipping)?

A: Sony has not given any indication that Full Frame 4K 60p will be coming in the future to the Sony Alpha a7 IV Mirrorless Digital Camera. There is no way to know at this point.

Q: 6. Is it ok to remove the card, download footage w a card reader + reinsert card and contunue shooting w/o formatting?

A: Yes, it is fine to take out the memory card from the Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera and down load images via a card reader. And then put the card back into the camera.

Q: 7. How is this for product photography? For the past 15 years I've become an amateur photographer of sorts by taking shots of my ow products. I love it. I don't have the budget to keep up with cameras and for the past few years, I've rented a camera for product shots each time I have a new collection. However I miss owning a camera for moments when I can't rent a camera fast enough. And of course Instagram is super important to brands.

A: Since this camera has a fixed wide angle lens, it may not be the most ideal product photography camera. It largely depends on what kind of products/application you need the camera for. Please email us with more information at photo@a href= http://bhphoto.com target= _blank bhphoto.com/a so we can best assist you.

Q: 8. What is the dynamic range?

A: The dynamic range for the A7 IV is approximately 15 stops.

Q: 9. Is the color science the same as the A7iii?

A: Based on information we have available, we believe this will have improved color science based on the newer Sony A1 and A7SIII models.

Q: 10. Is the camera menu similar to the a7iii or has the menu been updated to a simpler version?

A: The menu on the Sony Alpha a7 IV is very close to the menu on the Sony Alpha a7 III.
