A: A combination of the Kupo Baby Ball Head Adapter B&H # KUKG014212 fitted over a Kupo Baby 5/8 Grip Arm Pin B&H # KUKG002212, can insert into the grip head on the end of that C-stand. The Ball Head Adapter has a 3/8 screw for any ball head.

A: All the parts is solid metal no aluminum or plastic parts. Very solid C-stand for the price hand down there is nothing close to. I have 2 stands with 2 Interfit S1 500 Ws Strobes the only downside is the weight & that's with any decent C-stand it can be a pain to move around if you shoot in remote location like me.... A: The difference between the Impact Turtle Base C-Stand Kit (10.75', Black) and the Impact C-Stand with Quick Release Sliding Leg with Grip Arm (Black) is that the Turtle Base version has removable legs while the Sliding Leg version does not. As suggested by its name, the Sliding Leg version has a Leg section which can Slide up the C-Stand Riser which can help to level the stand on uneven surfaces or mounting on a staircase. The Turtle Base would be better for travel as removing the legs make the stand easier to fit in a case.
