Q: 1. Hi! I have a Kodak brownie 8mm will this work?

A: No, this is super 8 film. The only film we have that will work is Fomapan b&w film, https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/927375-REG/foma_411801_fomapan_r100_2x_standard.html

Q: 2. Will this work in a Bell & Howell Filmosonic 1223, Super 8 Movie Camera?

A: Yes!

Q: 3. Where do you get the Super 8 film processed to be viewable via dvd?

A: Unfortunately, B&H does not process Super 8 Film. As such, I would recommend searching on Google or your preferred internet search engine and search for "Super 8mm film processing" to find processing labs that develop Super 8mm film, and inquire if they also have scanning services to scan the film to DVD.

Q: 4. would this film work with a sankyo xl-40s?

A: Yes, the Kodak VISION3 200T Color Negative Film #7213 (Super 8, 50' Roll) would be compatible for use with the Sankyo XL40S Super 8 Movie Camera..

Q: 5. Will this work on a Yashica Super-8 25?

A: Yes, the Kodak VISION3 50D Color Negative Film #7203 (Super 8, 50' Roll) should work with your Yashica Super-8 25 camera.

Q: 6. Hi! Can the film be processed, and then have a positive print copy made up, to show on a projector? Thanks. Herb.

A: You make a positive print copy of positive print copy to show on a projector.

Q: 7. Does this film or any other film works with Wards model 740 zoom camera?

A: That camera is Standard 8mm. Check out this one!! a href= http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/927375-REG/foma_411801_fomapan_r100_2x_standard.html target= _blank http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/927375-REG/foma_411801_fomapan_r100_2x_standard.html/a

Q: 8. So when I get done shooting, I cannot just simply process this and play it on an old super 8 projector right? It has to be scanned to digital right? If so, can someone direct me to color super 8 that can be played on a projector (if that is even being manufactured now)

A: The Kodak VISION3 50D Color Negative Film #7203 (Super 8, 50' Roll), B&H # KOV7203, is negative film. While you may use the above film on an old Super 8 projector, do note it would look weird as all the colors would be inverted. It is designed to be scanned and kept for archival purposes while reversing and editing the digital files. If you are looking for chrome reversal film, the Kodak Ektachrome 100D Color Transparency Film #7294 (Super 8, 50' Roll), B&H # KOE100D50, would be positive film that does not need to be reversed to properly show correct colors. It may be played and displayed properly on a Super 8 projector. That being said, do note that this film has low contrast and scanning and editing the film in digital post-processing is still recommended for optimum performance.

Q: 9. heyis film kodak 50D suitable for super 8 camera CANON 310 XL?

A: Yes indeed. Mind you it's a negative film that requires scanning.

Q: 10. will this film work for a keystone xl100 and would an output of 18 fps look decent?

A: Yes, Kodak VISION3 50D Color Negative Film #7203 (Super 8, 50' Roll) will work with the Keystone XL 100--18fps is the normal frame.

There is a reason that Tri-X has been the standard for B&W for decades--its simply the best. You can push it, pull it--and stretch it many ways. Its the silly putty of film that's capable of doing everything, including taking a good photo.

What can be said about Kodak Tri-X films that hasn't already been covered in thousands of reviews? If you're shooting black and white film, chances are 9 out of 10 that you've got some rolls of this in your kit. The boutique films that are coming out now due to the resurgence of film-based photography by younger people who want to get their hands dirty and the re-embracing of traditional film methods by older folks who miss the smell of a darkroom are really fun to use, and are setting new bars for artistry, but this is the workhorse. The standard. The go-to. This is what you hold up as the thing-to-compare-to. It's as necessary as water to fish. In other words, go git ya some!

I used this roll during harsh sunlight and cloudy days. I really like how the highlights held up as well as the shadows, great dynamic range gives more flexibility after scanning :)

I use Tri X when I want a bit more grit than TMAX 400. I always keep a roll of each with me and I love the unique qualities of both.

As a Kodak film technician once said to me over the phone, this film will process in Campbell's soup. While I wouldn't try that I do think the statement speaks to the durability of this much storied film stock. It's been in my cameras since I was 16... 42 years ago... (holy crap)

Is an excellent film for professionals and amateurs. very practical and a very generous curve of exposure. You can use it and indoors with a some good sources of artificial light or natural light next to a window.
Daylight in sunny or cloudy day.
If you expose accurately the film you will have great detail and lack of grain and possibility of big printings
