A: Profoto say they are different systems, old RFi Softboxes on the new OCF Speedring, this is not possible combination. At the comments they say they dont recommend to mix the systems and void the warranty if you do it but, if you want to try... Dont know if the rods in RFi and OCF systems are the same or the boxes have the same internal diameter.

Q: 7. does anyone know if this would function in the panasonic FZ1000 flash shoe?

A: It should fire but may not have full functionality on the Panasonic Lumix FZ1000.
