Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does the lens have a macro feature?

A: This type of lens is special but is not designed for macro use. Its angles of view are terrific and it has a learning curve to use it at its full potential.

Q: 2. Can this lens hold filter

A: Not the traditional screw in filters. You will need to get a filter system specifically designed for this lens. Click on the link below to view your options; https://bhpho.to/2Bot5lk

Q: 3. Is this a new lens or open box or refurbished ?

A: This is a listing for a new, unopened Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 14-24mm f/2.8G ED lens from Nikon. On the listing page, we would also list any available open box or used items. For these products, you will see a used, open box, or gray market label by the product name.

Q: 4. Does anyone know if there’s a 2X Tele converter for the Olympus 75mm 1.8?

A: Unfortunately, Olympus does not produce a teleconverter than can work with their 75mm f/1.8 lens.

Q: 5. Can this lens be used with a Z50 as a 21-45 mm equivalent? I realize there would be no VR, and the lens would be large for the camera, but curious.

A: Yes, it will work with the Z50 and yes the focal length would be 21-45mm.

Q: 6. Does this teleconvertor has effect on the light that comes yo camera? For example tha pictures will be darker?

A: Yes, you lose 1 full f/stop, so the max is f/4 on the 40-150 telephoto pro lens. I have been quite pleased with it.

Q: 7. compatible with Nikon D5100?

A: Not sure as I have D810

Q: 8. Does this converter ever go on sale, if so when?

A: It may go on sale at any time. We do not know our sales in advance. Keep an eye on our website for any promotions and sign up for our newsletter: https://bhpho.to/2bgQng4

Q: 9. Can you shoot in auto focus with this converter on the Olympus 300mm lens?

A: Yes, that is the main reason I bought the 300mm f4 IS Pro and the MC-14 together. I actually havent even used the 300mm lens without the converter. I paired the two together on my first outing to photograph small birds and they stayed together since then. Good pair I must say, image quality is very good. Which reminds me, I need to try the 300mm lens alone to see if I could detect any improvement with quality with the naked eye. However, as I said the lens with the mC-14 delivers well detailed files suitable for processing them to large prints.

Q: 10. Is this compatible with the Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 50-200mm f/2.8-4 ASPH. POWER O.I.S. Lens?

A: Unfortunately not. For the Panasonic lens you would need to use the Panasonic Teleconverters. Panasonic currently have the DMW-TC20 2x Teleconverter linked here that will work with that lens. https://bhpho.to/30fRxyf
