Very cleverly conceived by Pro Co Sound's director of engineering, Gerry Carpenter, the StageMaster Series SMC0804FBQ-50 Snake is logically thought out and designed for fixed installations and light road and stage use. The rugged and reliable design features the latest in connector technology and a cable that is extremely flexible for easy coiling.

The StageMaster stagebox is built from a thick 16 gauge connector plate with a blank template overlay that allows channel ID numbers to be written on it. The stagebox features Pro Co Duralink cable, and the fanout cable spread is 3-4' long to allow for the individual connectors to link to multiple audio components.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Has anyone else experienced audio-skips while using either of the 24-bit depth WAV options in longer (30+ minute) recordings? I think my unit may be defective.

A: Short answer is no - at least not yet. Maybe you need a different SD card.

Q: 2. What would be the max running time with a Lithium-ion rechargeable battery of 450 mAh please?

A: Zoom Audio would have the best details on how long a Zoom H1N can run on a lithium-ion battery at 450 mAH. They are available for direct contact by phone and email here: https://zoomcorp.com/en/us/contact/

Q: 3. When the memory card is full, does the recording stop or the recording continue, erasing the oldest file ??

A: The Zoom H1n 2-Input / 2-Track Portable Handy Recorder will cease to record when the memory card is full.

Q: 4. Can I input two lavaliers using a stereo Y-connector to 1/8 AND have the mics each recorded on their own track (Mic #1 - Left Channel' Mic #2 - Right channel)... to clarify, I don't want the two lavaliers to be mixed on a single track or mixed on both tracks. (*one for each track) ?

A: Yes. You can use a mini mixer like the Saramonic AX1 Passive 2-Channel Audio Mixer for Cameras, Smartphones, Tablets, and Computers (B&H # SAAX1). Since the AX1 is passive and does not supply plug-in power for microphones, you will need to use microphones that do not require any voltage, like a condenser mic that has a battery, a wireless mic system, or a dynamic mic. The Polsen OLM-10 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone (B&H # POOLM10) has its own battery for power and could be a good option. As another option for a very simple setup, you could use a dual lavalier mic setup like the Polsen OLM-20 Dual Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone (B&H # POOLM20) which has two mics for left and right connected to one 3.5mm TRS plug and will automatically route each mic to the separate channels.

Q: 5. Does this recorder support TRS or TRRS?

A: all the 3.5mm jacks on this unit are TRS.

Q: 6. When it's connected using usb to pc/mac, does the mic audio is also being sent to line-out at the same time?

A: Yes, when the Zoom H1n Portable Handy Recorder is connected to a computer via USB for digital output, the analog line out/headphone jack is also active.

Q: 7. I use a Microphone Madness MM-MSLM Omnidirectional MatchStick Lapel Microphone (Black) with the Zoom H1N. Are there any adapters that I should have between the two or can the mic just plug into the recorder?

A: You will probably need the Rode SC3 3.5mm TRRS to TRS Adapter for smartLav in order to plug a lapel mic into the unit.

Q: 8. Can you connect this to the iPhone ?

A: The Zoom H1n is a stand-alone audio recorder that is designed to record audio independent of a phone; although you may connect an iPhone to it depending on what exactly the goal is and connection on said phone.

Q: 9. Would this be good to use for recording an acoustic concert in a smallish venue? Can I hit record and put it on the floor in front of my seat and get a decent recording?

A: The Zoom H1N is good to use for recording an acoustic concert in a smallish venue, but I think you would get a much better recording by not placing it on the floor. If you could get it higher up and pointed towards the speakers, or toward the instruments in an acoustic scenario, that would get you a much better recording.

Q: 10. How do you turn off the plug-in microphone power when the TRS input is connected to a stereo line source?

A: The Zoom H1N input automatically detects line level signal coming it so that it does not interfere with mic plugin power.

I happen to own a professional DJ entertainment company. Because of this, I’m very into the sound, And for the money and for the ease of use, this system is definitely worth it. It sounds amazing and the fact that it all works under one remote is even better. I would definitely recommend this

Recently purchased and very pleased. Arrived in great shape, easy setup and sound is very good. Picture also seems clearer as advertised. TV is about 8 years old, 65” and picture is great. I do plan on purchasing the base attachment for my BD. Only reason I waited for that is wanted to check out the quality of the sound bar and am very happy.

Knew of Roku for years... didn't know how it worked.
Cut the cable YEARS AGO... utilizing On-Air TV... and DVDs.
On-Air TV and DVDs are nearly rendered OBSOLETE with ROKU!!!
