The Tram TR50 is a professional omnidirectional electret condenser lavalier microphone with a low-profile design resulting in low visibility. The TR50 features a frequency response that enhances the character and frequencies associated with speech.

The polar pattern provides a generous pick up response at the direct and off-axis sections of the microphone capsule. This enhances sensitivity and minimizes noise associated with movement, wind and clothing contact. The TR50 features minimum sound coloration and is available in a variety of connectors for direct integration with wireless transmitters. This version features a 4-pin Hirose connection for use with Sony wireless transmitters.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will the battery cover for my Nikon's D810's MB-12 grip work on the D850's MB-18 grip?

A: Yes. I looked at the description of both grips and they both use the BL-5 battery cover. Finally, a small gift from Nikon. The MB D-18 is an awesome grip.

Q: 2. Can this grip on the D850 be used in an (any) underwater housing?

A: Not that we sell, all the D850 housings are without battery grip.

Q: 3. Is this grip metal or plastic? Does it include a tripod socket?

A: The Nikon MB-D!@ is very well made. The materials used are not specified. The outside of it is metal and rubber and it is reinforced very well and very solid. There is a standard 1/4-20 tripod socket on the bottom.

Q: 4. How do you use this lens with graduated filters?

A: I used it without any additional filters.. it fit well with the Blackmagic pocket cinema camera.I suppose one can get micro 4-3 adapters and some converters to hook up your filter.I liked the lens.. the balck magic camera still was not fully integrated ( a few controls did not work).when you shut off the power the lens did not retract fully.... This is not the lens problem but the camera problem.

Q: 5. Is the Nikon MB-18 compatible with the Nikon en-el18d?

A: Nikon lists the EN-EL18D only compatible with the Z9, so we cannot confirm if it would work on MB-18. I would recommend using a EN-EL18a/b/c on the MB-18.

Q: 6. Can the MB-D16 use the EN-EL18c battery?

A: Unfortunately Nikon MB-D16 Multi Battery Power Pack is not compatible with EN-EL18c battery.

Q: 7. Have you ran into any issues with using the grip on a tripod with all the weight of the camera and lens on the grip screw?

A: The screw on the Nikon MB-D18 Multi-Power Battery Pack can support the weight of the camera and lens on a tripod.

Q: 8. Is that a kit offered by Nikon or an assembly of B&H?

A: This is a Nikon designed and packaged Kit from their manufacturing facilities.

Q: 9. Can I use rechargeable AA batteries in the included tray that comes with this product?

A: Yes, they work fine in mine. The battery info only displays the charge level graphically, not as a percentage, and neither the number of shots nor the battery age are displayed. Using 8 (required AAs) adds quite a bit of weight to the camera and I believe you are better off just carrying around a couple of spare EN EL-15s to use instead, but each to his own. Bottom line: they work fine.

Q: 10. On the d850, is possible to use the EN-EL18 battery IN the camera in place of the EN EL15?

A: No, not in the camera directly. The Nikon D850 only takes EN-EL15 batteries and can only accept the EN-EL18 when the MB-D18 battery grip is attached.
