A: For an area 15' wide and 40' away you will most likely need a light more capable than the Odyssey PAR 20 Aluminum Light Fixture (White) BH #ODLSPAR20W.

For the price point I was expecting something with limited quality here (like plastic). I was pleasantly surprised on the overall build quality of this lighting modifier. It does have some weight to it, but expected for solid metal. Sturdy and adjusts very smoothly. The gels magnetically snap into place making this for a fast an easy set up. This is an amazing value for the money. 5

This Barndoor fits any standard 7 reflector (not just Godox), easy to snap on and direct and shape the light. it comes with Honeycomb Grid and Yellow, Green, Blue, and Red Filters. After using it I purchesd a second one and use it for LED or Strobes lights. Great value for the price! 5

I was pleasantly surprised by how well constructed these barn doors are. The gels are a nice idea but I am not sure how much I will really use them. If color correction is needed I would use actual CTO and CTB gels and clip them to the barn doors. With my lights these barn doors do leak a little light at the edge where it mounts to the reflector. That's not a huge problem, though, and if there's a bigger leak you can use black foil to cover it up. 5

Very good way to shape light as long as you have the right sized reflector. Not sure if I will use the gels, but you never know. 5

Lo uso en mi Godox SL-200, y lo uso mucho, porque me gusta especialmente fotografiar con luces ajustadas, duras y contrastadas. Quiza cuando empiece a llevarme mejor con los modificadores mas soft lo use menos. Ya se vera... 5

I needed something to hold a grid spot to an older model light. This is great - it fits most lights and it’s handy to have the barn doors to control as well as having a set of filters. I used to tape on sheets of colored gels and of course this is by far easier. Nice little kit at a great price. 5
