A: Yes the Sony a7C Mirrorless Camera with 28-60mm Lens is a good walking around camera and lens combination because it is much smaller and lighter weight than a full size camera like the A7RV. I would recommend the 28-60mm lens for use as a walk around lens due to the size. Other lenses may be better depending on the subject matter but any lens that works in the A7RV will also work on the A7C,

Q: 9. Does the box include battery, camera strap, and charging cable (standard things with cameras) or do we have to buy them separately?

A: The Sony A7C with 28-60mm comes with an AC adapter and USB cable (for charging), an NP-FZ100 battery, and a standard Sony neck strap. Q: 10. can you program shutter button half-press to hold exposure?

A: According to Sony, the A7C does offer Auto Exposure Lock where you half-press the shutter button to hold the exposure. This can be turned on in the Camera Settings 1 menu.
