Whether for point-of purchase displays, lectures, classrooms, libraries, professional or amateur use, this screen is lightweight and user-friendly. Rugged aluminum T-shaped legs support a variety of screen surfaces for all needs. E-Z Fold screens are available with a projection surface for either front or rear projection.

With the optional E-Z Fold Dress Kit, your presentation can take on a more professional and finished appearance. Side drapery helps eliminate distracting lights and background and is held up by sturdy aluminum braces.

In 1959, The Screen Works, then known as Wilcox-Lange, began as an equipment and labor support company to the fledgling new industry of Audio Visual. Identifying a need for portable projection screens for the "traveling shows", the company began manufacturing their E-Z Fold brand of screens.

Since each show was unique, custom screen designs, shapes and new format sizes became a necessity. As the industry quickly grew, so did Wilcox-Lange, which became The Screen Works, a worldwide supplier of lightweight, portable, affordable projection screens and trim kits.

Q: 1. I have this 2tb Pro SSD with the (theoretical) 2GB/s speed. I've run TechTool's speed test on this drive when plugged into a brand new 14" MacBook Pro. As others have stated, I'm only seeing about 1GB/s (half speed). I've tried the included USB cable, as well as a Thunderbolt 4 cable. I guess there's no way to get full speed from this SSD on even the newest Macs. Any suggestions on how to do it?

A: The SanDisk 2TB Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2, (B&H # SAE812TB), requires a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C connection which Apple computers do not support. It is not possible to reach these speeds with a Mac, at best it will reach 1GB/s which is what you are reaching now so the drive is working as it should. If you want to reach higher speeds with an external SSD, you would need to look into a Thunderbolt 3/4 SSD like the SanDisk Professional 2TB PRO-G40 SSD Thunderbolt 3 Portable SSD, (B&H # SAS312TB).

Q: 2. Can anyone weigh in on real-world sustained read and write speeds? Anyone experience heat throttling? Considering the Pro V2 or T5 for mobile video editing of ProRes RAW files.

A: The SanDisk 4TB Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2 is Up to 2000 MB/s Read & Write Speeds. The Samsung T5 is Up to 540 MB/s Data Transfer Rate. If you are concerned about speed, the SanDisk 4TB Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2 would be the right one for you.

Q: 3. Can this Sandisk drive be plugged into a Thunderbolt 4 port on a recent (2022 16-inch Lenovo Yoga 7i) laptop, and if so, what USB version will be defaulted to, what maximum speeds will (theoretically) be possible?

A: Yes, the SanDisk Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2 will work with a Thunderbolt 4 port. In this case it would be running at the speeds of USB 3.2 Gen 2, with a maximum read/write speed of 2000 MB/s.

Q: 4. What do I need to connect this to my thunderbolt port on a 2015 MBP?

A: You can not connect this via Thunderbolt as it is a USB device. Please use the included Type C to Type A adapter to connect to your 2015 MacBook Pro.

Q: 5. What’s up these things are not plug and play with I pad pro am I missing something. What a big disappointment?

A: It would be needed to be formatted to the proper setting. Also would require a usb -c connection as the adapters would not give enough power.

Q: 6. Is it compatible with macOS Monterey to back up time machine?

A: Yes. The SanDisk 2TB Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2 is compatible with Mac OS.

Q: 7. If I pair this with a MacStudio for storing my RAW files for editing in Lightroom will I be happy with the speed?

A: The SanDisk 4TB Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2 has up to 2000MB/s speed.

Q: 8. does this come with 2 locking rings?

A: The AD-H1200B does not include 2 locking rings.

Q: 9. Is this correct - basically 2000 vs 200 read speeds? I'm comparing drives to edit 4k video. "Up to 2000 MB/s Read & Write Speeds"? I'm considering the SanDisk Professional 4TB G-DRIVE PRO External HDD (Thunderbolt 3 / USB 3.2 Gen1, Space Gray) that says "Read Speeds up to 200 MB/s".

A: For this Sandisk 2TB Extreme PRO Portable SSD V2, the read speeds are indeed up to 2000 MB/s. Although that is a maximum speed for sequential data, the read speeds are always going to be much faster than a hard disk drive.

Q: 10. What is the capacity/power rating on this battery? Thanks.

A: This battery is rated at 4 times the capacity of an EN-EL15 Battery. EN-EL15 batteries are usually rated for 1900mAh, this battery should be around 7600mAh.
