A: No, Canon EOS Rebel SL3 DSLR Camera does not have a built in transmitter to control their Speedlite of camera. Once you attach a compatible Canon speedlite to the camera hot shoe you will have access through the camera flash menu to control a 2nd speedlite off camera.
