The cocoa B6 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone, Low Sensitivity, with Hardwired LEMO 6-Pin Connector for Audio Limited Wireless Transmitters from Countryman is a very small lav microphone measuring one tenth of an inch in diameter with changeable protective caps, which provide moisture resistance and color options. The mic can be used to capture audio for theater, broadcast, churches, and general lavalier applications.
Built with a low handling noise and rugged construction, the B6 lavalier microphone can be easily hidden in hair or on costumes, or taped to a performer's face. The aramid cable and ultra-thin diaphragm deliver a natural sound while its tiny size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection. The B6's cable terminates to a LEMO 6-pin connector for direct connection to an Audio Limited TX2000 or RMS-2000-mxl wireless bodypack transmitter.
Additionally, swappable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or match other microphones. The B6 microphone is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. These caps can be quickly removed for cleaning or replacement.

Looks great when you want to see it, virtually disappears when you don't. The B6 is easily hidden in hair or on costumes, with five colors to match clothing, hair, and skin tones. Use a felt tip marker to color the white caps for near-perfect concealability. Never suffer the hassle and degraded sound quality of under-clothing miking again.
The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps, and works well in hair or on the body. The protective caps are easily removed for cleaning or replacement, and the aramid-reinforced cable gives it world-class survivability.
The B6 provides high-quality audio with low distortion at SPL up to 140 dB on 48V phantom power. The aramid cable and thin diaphragm combine to offer low handling noise. The flat frequency response accurately captures voice or instruments, and the small size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.
Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. Versions are available for different speaking or singing styles, with high overload capability for recording instruments.
Low, head miking for theater.

Q: 1. Can I use this flash transmitter as a handheld trigger to fire a Godox AD400 pro while I try to get the readings of a lightmeter?
A: Yes, there is a test button on top.
Q: 2. Would this work as a receiver for a manual yongnuo flash? If so what features would I have?
A: No you will need a transmitter on camera and a receiver on the flash. Yongnuo makes them.
Q: 3. I used my YN685 for the first time this weekend with Duracell 2500 mha rechargeable batteries and after 84 pops in TTL mode the flash told me that the batteries were dead and needed to replace them. I had to go back to the SB800 where I get around 500 pops in TTL mode with the same batteries. Is this a normal function with this flash or is it defective? Also, I recharged the batteries I used in the YN685 and my Maha 8000 charger and it told me that only 500 mha were used out of the 2500 whereas the same batteries out of the SB800 were charged to 2500 which meant that I used them completely. Do I need to return the the unit and get a replacement?
A: You might want to try Panasonic eneloop batteries. I have used them in my YN-685 and YN-560IV and YN-568EX without an issue.
Q: 4. In the article, it says it's compatible with ETTL I. However, on the downloadable manual, it says it's only compatible with ETTL II. Will this work with the 430 EX ETTL I ?
A: According to Canon, the Speedlite 430EX features E-TTL II, E-TTL, and TTL. It'll be a good match for your original 430 EX.
Q: 5. Will it works in TTL mode with Nikon F100?
A: Ill be completely honest about this product... it only flashes 1 out of every 3 times I take a picture, even if i wait a full min between shots. There is a TTL setting, but it never worked for me, and I had to use Manual. I sincerely hope people spend the 300-500$ and get a Nikon flash, otherwise they might have a paperweight like I now have.
Q: 6. Will YN-622N-TX sitting on the camera control zoom on YN-685 remotely?
A: Yes it works perfect.
Q: 7. Will the Yongnuo YN685 Wireless TTL Speedlite for Nikon Cameras communicate with the Nikon wireless remote controller wr-r10?Thank you
