The Countryman E6i Omnidirectional Microphone is a miniature ear-set microphone for virtually invisible operation in stage performances, trade shows, houses-of-worship, auctions, lectures and much more.

The omnidirectional version is most common in applications where feedback issues are not very likely. The microphone can be worn without a windscreen as the omnidirectional capsule provides excellent wind noise rejection.

A: Yes, there is one screw to remove at the bottom and second screw on the side just to loose it. Thus, there is no need to remove the whole thing.

A: Unfortunately no camera brackets have any sealing or weather-proofing built into them.

Q: 5. Hi, I am Plannign to buy this, my question is will this work with my Spiderlight Hand strap? will i be able to use arca type head with the spider light strap attached?

A: No, the Spiderlight hand strap doesn't work with this, as the battery door is moved to the outside of the plate. The strap would need to pass through where the plate meets the battery compartment in order to create a seal. Too bad, as I was hoping to use this strap as it's the only one that helps support the small camera with the perfectly positioned thumbrest. One thing is that this RRS plate's pinky rest really fits the camera just right, unlike all the other plates I've tried.

Q: 6. Can this RRS L-Bracket be attached to the camera without removing the battery cover from the camera? I would rather leave the battery door on the camera since taking the L-bracket off to replace the battery is not a big problem for me. Also because the new Sony Z battery lasts a long time.Thanks.

A: Yes, you can. The battery door will be relocated to the L bracket.

Q: 7. I've never seen a simple L-Bracket so expensive for a mirrorless camera. This appears to be gouging from the manufacturer. Do you think you could recommend a price restructuring?

A: I was skeptical as well but once you see this product in person and have compared it to others for this camera (Sony A9, A7iii), there's definitely a quality upgrade in terms of fit and solidity. Design and material is highest quality. Built-in magnet, adjustment tool, QD attachment, and captured slide bracket are unique and add functionality. Probably not worth it to someone who doesn't use the camera every day.

Q: 8. Does this device require the Android or iOS phone/tablet to be on wifi as well? Or culd this be used on location where there's no wifi signal?

A: Hi, the device works on wifi frequency (5 GHz), however you don't need an additional wifi transmitting unit on location. In other words, the Transmitter connects directly to the phone/tablet

A: Ross - sorry, I really can't speak to the question about back-order status. That info would have to come from Really Right Stuff. I do recall that I originally ordered my bracket direct from RRS, but it was out-of-stock at that time. I then found it in-stock at B&H and ordered it and received it pretty promptly. Q: 10. Could I use these lenses on a ursa mini 4.6k? since anamorphic mode crops in the sensor to a 4x3 3k. Granted I know I would need an adapter for the lens..

A: Sorry, these lenses cannot be made to work on an URSA Mini. For these lenses to work, we suggest a Panasonic GH4. If you wish anamorphic in Super35, you could use a PL Mount URSA Mini with SLR Magic 1.33x Anamorphot-CINE Lens Set with 35, 50, 70mm Lenses (PL Mount) B&H # SLRAC133PLST.
