A: While the A7III is able to shoot 1080p at 120fps it does not output that from its HDMI connection. The camera would only output 1080p at 60fps, which will work with this and most other monitors.

A: No, no battery included. It does, however, come with two battery adapter plates. One is for using Sony F series batteries, the other for using Canon LP series batteries. The monitor does come with a power supply as well.
