The Schoeps STCg Stereo Mounting Bar is intended for use with the Schoeps ORTF Microphone System. The STCg is simply the stereo "T" bar used to mount the (2) MK4 microphones included in the system.

A: The Glidecam HD2000 gimbal handle has a 7/8/0.875 /22.225mm hole. The post from the off brand arm would be 6.225 mm too small. That is not much so maybe it will still work. Your move.

A: Certainly strong enough. In general, prepare for a steep learning curve.

A: Buying a quick release plate for your camera is a MUST. Attach the quick release plate to the stabilizer, and the camera to the quick release plate. I chose a plate based on what was compatible with my tripod-- otherwise you'll need to switch out which defeats the purpose of a QUICK release plate.
