The Audio Technica AT4021 Cardioid Condenser Microphone features a low-profile design and small-diaphragm condenser element. The microphone's low self-noise is suited for the most sophisticated recording equipment. Its sensitivity, frequency response, and SPL capabilities are fit for use with speaker cabinets, vocals, percussion instruments, drums, and spot placement on guitars, and stringed instruments. There is a cardioid polar pattern for minimizing noise and off-axis feedback and an 80 Hz high-pass filter switch for reducing low frequencies and associated noise. Additionally, a -10 dB Pad switch provides extra headroom and minimizes distortion when capturing transient (peaking) audio signals. The package includes a stand clamp, a windscreen, and a protective carrying case.
For Professional Recording and Live Use Low Self-Noise, High SPL Handling 80 Hz Hi-Pass Filter, -10 dB Pad Includes Mic Clip, Windscreen, and Case

Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. Will a cage designed for A7SIII, also fit this new camera?
A: Yes, Camera cages designed for the A7SIII will work on an A7IV.
Q: 2. I am old school forgive my knowledge about Sony mirrorless. I still use A99M2 A77M2. How is battery charged with ILCE cameras?
A: The Sony a7 IV's battery can be charged multiple ways. You can connect a USB-C Cable to the camera and connect the other end to the USB Plug that came inside the box to charge the camera. The faster way to charge it would be to get an external battery charger for the NP-FZ100. The external charger is sold separately.
Q: 3. On A7 4 when we record on APSC mode (35mm sensor crop) then we will still get 4k video image ?? Cause I dont have full frame lenses and I want 4k video so need to know this if its possible on this camera or not
A: Yes, the Sony A7IV can shoot/output at 4K resolutions in Super35/APS-C crop mode.
Q: 4. Does this have built in automatic focus bracketing?
A: No. The A7IV does not have built in automatic focus bracketing.
Q: 5. Will this plug and play as a webcam? No HDMI capture card needed?
A: Yes, the Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera can plug and play by using a USB C cable.
Q: 6. Looking for the best wide angle for this camera that is full frame? I liked the 10-20mm f/4 lens but it's APS-C and I would also like to throw it on my fx3 or fx6 also.
A: For autofocus lens recommendations, the Sony FE 14mm f/1.8 GM Lens, B&H # SO1418GM, and the Sigma 14mm f/1.8 DG HSM Art Lens for Sony E, B&H # SI1418SO, would be the widest rectilinear full-frame fixed lens for the Sony Alpha a7 IV Mirrorless Digital Camera. For a zoom lens, the Sony FE 12-24mm f/2.8 GM Lens, B&H # SO122428GM, or the Sony FE 12-24mm f/4 G Lens, B&H # SO12244G, would be good options. If you do not mind focusing manually, the Venus Optics Laowa 9mm f/5.6 FF RL Lens for Sony E, B&H # VE956FE, would be the widest rectilinear full-frame fixed focal length lens, and the Venus Optics Laowa 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 Zoom Lens for Sony E, B&H # VE1018FE, would be the widest full-frame zoom lens for use on the Sony Alpha a7 IV Mirrorless Digital Camera.
Q: 7. Does the Camera Shoot a Video Format that could be accessed by an iPhone or iPad via an SD Card Reader?
A: Hi Teddy, Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. The camera can shoot a video format that can be played by iPhone and iPad. Please make sure to use Files app to access the SD card to play the video files. Thank you so much for your question. And thank you for choosing Sony. - Pakorn (Sony Social Support)
Q: 8. Where is the battery charger? Do you have to plug in the camera to charge the battery, if so that stinks.
A: The Sony A7IV ships with the AC adapter/charger cable for internal charging of the battery. For external charging, I would recommend this Watson charger https://bhpho.to/3EWtXsg or this Sony charger https://bhpho.to/3GfCcks
Q: 9. Can I use my old macro lens from my Eos Rebel T4i, Canon EF-S Telephoto Zoom 55-250mm, with the Sony A7 IV?
A: Regarding the Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera with 28-70mm Lens and Accessories Kit, yes, you are able to use the Canon EF-S Telephoto Zoom 55-250mm with an adapter for the Sony a7 IV. Just keep in mind that the Canon EF-S Telephoto Zoom 55-250mm is meant for a crop sensor camera.
Q: 10. In 4k60 mode, there's a crop. Does that mean if you need to shoot 4k60 then using a crop lens will work perfectly as expected with the usual APS-C crop? We have lots of crop lenses from Sony.
A: Yes, that will work. Assuming the lens you are working with covers a Super 35 area, then it will be fine when recording 4K 60p or other frame rates with the Super 35 crop setting in place.
