The Countryman E6i Cardioid Microphone is a miniature earset microphone for virtually invisible operation in stage performances, trade shows, houses-of-worship, auctions, lectures and much more.

The cardioid version effectively minimizes off-axis feedback and noise from nearby monitor speakers, instruments and noisy sources. Flexible microphone positioning is maintained and the included windscreen minimizes the wind noise often associated with cardioid microphones.

The E6i is set apart from the original E6 with its softer flexible boom and silicon ear-pads. The flexible boom provides ease of boom adjustability to accommodate multi-user applications.

A miniature cardioid capsule is mounted to a low-profile, flexible frame. This lightweight, unobtrusive design is available in various colors that virtually render the entire microphone invisible against the skin.

A: Yes, the Benro IB0 Triple Action Ball Head is a well-made, sturdy ball head. As long as your equipment is less than the ball head's listed maximum load capacity, the ball head would be a fantastic recommendation for your needs. I do not own a Benro tripod, but I have borrowed one for use with my Caon 7D and Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Lens, which is approximately 5.1 lbs, and had no issues.

Q: 2. Are the old V1 batteries and this one interchangable? Can I use this battery in the old V1?

A: Unfortunately, the Godox VB30 Battery for V1Pro Flash Head is not compatible with the older V1. The batteries are not interchangeable.

A: If your L-Bracket is Arca-Type Compatible you will not need a quick release plate

Q: 4. What is the difference between clamps and plates? Are both a clamp and a plate needed to attach heads to tripods and monopods?

A: A clamp is the vice-like portion of the head that is adjustable and can be tightened or loosened in order to hold an arca-swiss type plate. The plate attaches to the bottom of the camera and then to the top of this head via the clamp. Once the clamp is tightened onto the plate, the camera is securely attached to the head.

Q: 5. Does this head accept standard size Arca-Swiss QR plates? All my telephoto lenses have Wimberley replacement feet on them with the QR Acra-Swiss mounting system!

A: Yes but I would be concerned about using really big glass. This is my favorite head for field work but the 80-200 2.8 is biggest thing I would put on it.

A: You may lose 1/4-1 stop of light.

A: The Manfrotto 608 Nitrotech Fluid Video Head could attach to this tripod, as a replacement head and with the 3/8" to 1/4" bushing thread.
