Countryman E6 Omni Earset Mic, Medium Gain, With Detachable 2mm Cable And Ta5f Connector For Lectrosonics Wireless Transmitters (beige)

The beige E6 Omnidirectional Earset Mic, Medium Gain, with Detachable 2mm Cable and TA5F Connector for Lectrosonic Wireless Transmitters from Countryman is a vocal microphone with an adjustable boom that weighs less than one-tenth ounce. It is a water- and wind-resistant microphone that can be used on either ear for capturing audio in houses of worship, theater, or outdoor vocal and speech applications.
The low-profile, omnidirectional E6 Earset virtually disappears against the skin, so performers forget they're wearing a mic. Three sensitivity options cover general speaking to extremely powerful vocals and four color options allow you to match the E6 to your skin tone for minimum visibility.
In addition, the E6 Earset features three omni caps (very bright +8 dB, bright +4 dB, and flat +0 dB) that deliver response characteristics for most other applications such as recording flute and violin. The E6 Earset is available as a directional microphone too with cardioid and hypercardioid caps. This omnidirectional E6 Earset's cable terminates to a TA5F connector for direct connection to a Lectrosonic IM, LM, UM100, UM190, UM190b, UM195b, UM200, UM200b, UM200c, UM250b, UM250c, or UM400 wireless bodypack transmitter.

The Countryman E6 head-worn Earset is small and lightweight, and is hardly visible from a distance.
The E6 Earset's stainless steel boom is built tough and can be bent and re-bent many times to fit different performers. The E6 is highly resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps.
The flexible boom is easily shaped right on the performer's face and is available in multiple skin tones. Their protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones; caps for the directional earset adjust the pattern from cardioid to hypercardioid. Choose a sensitivity for speaking or singing with up to 140 dB SPL capability.
The E6 provides high-quality audio with low distortion and an SPL of up to 140 dB. It delivers rich, full band audio quality.
Easy adjustment keeps the mic in a position for rejecting unwanted sounds. Countryman's omnidirectional Earset offers a reduction of 12 dB compared to a lavalier mic, while the directional E6 Earset provides even more isolation. Excellent for houses of worship, theater, and outdoor events.
An E6 replacement cable installs in seconds. The snap-on cables are rugged and available for almost any wireless transmitter or for XLR inputs with phantom power.
For speaking and vocals.

Q: 1. Can I do HSS with this using a profoto acute 2 system?
A: No, you cannot. The only transmitters remote(s) that offer TTL and HSS capability with Profoto AirTTL support-compatible monolights would be Profoto Air Remote TTL-C for Canon, Profoto Air Remote TTL-F for Fujifilm, B&H # PRARTTLF, B&H # PRARTTL, Profoto Air Remote TTL-N for Nikon, B&H # PRARTTLN, Profoto Air Remote TTL-O for Olympus, B&H # PR901046, or the Profoto Air Remote TTL-S for Sony, B&H # PRARTTLS. You cannot use Godox remotes for TTL or HSS usage on Profoto strobe units. However, as stated above, the Profoto strobes would also have to be TTL-compatible with Profoto AirTTL support to fully work with the aforementioned remotes. The Profoto Acute 2 system is not a TTL-compatible system, and as such, you would not have either TTL or HSS compatibility when using the Profoto Acute 2 system. The only Profoto strobes that are AirTTL compatible would be the Profoto A1, B1, B1X, B2, and D2 strobe units, and the Profoto Pro-10 2400 AirTTL Power Pack.
Q: 2. Can this trigger and control the Godox AD600 pro?
A: Yes! The Godox R2 and R2 Pro triggers all work with the AD600 Pro and the Godox/Flashpoint ecosystem.
Q: 3. Will the Air 10s work with Godox flashes? All flash are compatible with the same system, Fuji
A: No, the Nissin Air10s Wireless TTL Commander for Fujifilm Cameras is not compatible with Godox.
Q: 4. Hello! I have a Nikon D810 and a SB-700 (so far I have been working with the pop up flash in commander mode). I need a second flash unit and was considering the YN685. Does the YN685 work off camera on TTL mode when triggered by the pop-up flash of the Nikon D-810? Would I need a radio transmitter to control both flashes? In this case, can both flashes be set to TTL mode? Your answers would be very much appreciated!!! Thanks!
A: No the YN 685 wont fire with you built in flash. if you want to have your sb 700 and the yn685 working both off camera you will need a pair of these: https://a href= http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1190877-REG/yongnuo_yn_622n_kit_yn_622n_i_ttl_wireless_transceiver.html target= _blank www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1190877-REG/yongnuo_yn_622n_kit_yn_622n_i_ttl_wireless_transceiver.html/aas the yn685 already has the built in wireless.
Q: 5. How does the 1 year limited warranty work when the unit stops working?
A: If youre not outside of the warranty, contact the manufacturer for replacement.
Q: 6. Is this compatible with the the new canon 1D Xmii
A: hi Ken but I heard that yn 685 has inbuilt receivers. so why need 2 yn622c.
Q: 7. Hi,I want to ask if it is possible to use YN-685 on-camera to fire Nikon flash set on the YN-622N trigger (eg. on the light stand) so they fire simultaneously? Is that possible please?Thank youMario
A: Unfortunately, no, the setup you describe above would not work as you describe. The YN685 for Nikon does not directly provide any radio master functions as it only has a built-in radio receiver, not a transmitter or transceiver. As such, it may only be used wirelessly off-camera for radio triggering usage needs when a YN-622N-TX, YN-622N / II, YN560-TX, YN560IV, YN660 RF-605, or RF-603 II transmitters are used on the camera as a master transmitter. You may either connect an additional YN-622N transceiver on the camera's hot shoe (with the YN-685 on top of the unit) for your usage needs, or use one of the Nikon flashes on the YN-622N on the camera's hot shoe, and use the built-in radio in the YN-685 for use as your off-camera flash.
Q: 8. Is it compatible with Nikon Df?
A: It should. The specs for the Df show that it supports Nikon iTTL flash and I noticed that Nikon Speed lights are recommended accessories. So the YN685 should be compatible.
Q: 9. Does this work with the a6000?
A: Yes, this trigger works with the Sony A6000.
Q: 10. Will this trigger and the tt600 work wireless on a canon t7?
A: This transmitter can work on a T7.
