The black Countryman E6i Directional Earset Mic, Medium Gain with Detachable 2mm Cable and 4-pin Hirose Connector for Sony Wireless Transmitters is a vocal microphone with a soft, flexible boom that facilitates its adjustment for different users. It's built with a larger silicone rubber earpiece making it better suited for situations when multiple users share the same mic.

The E6i earset can be used on either ear for capturing audio and rejecting unwanted sound, feedback, or surrounding noise from stage monitors or nearby speakers in houses of worship, theater, and outdoor vocal and speech applications.

The low-profile, directional E6i earset virtually disappears against the skin, so performers will forget they're wearing a mic. This version offers medium gain for very loud speaking, such as in theater performances and most vocals. Additionally, the earset comes with two pattern-changeable protective caps for maximum isolation and gain before feedback. This directional E6i earset's cable terminates to a 4-pin Hirose connector for direct connection to Sony DWT-B01, DWT-G01, DWT-S01, and DWT-V01 wireless bodypack transmitters.

The Countryman earsets are very small, lightweight, and the least visible headworn microphones.

The E6i is soft and highly flexible with a larger silicone rubber ear piece. When multiple users share a mic, the E6i is a great choice. The soft boom is durable and the flexibility makes it easy to adjust for different users.

The E6i's stainless steel boom is tough and can be bent and re-bent to fit different performers. It is highly resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. The earset should always have a protective cap in place to keep sweat, makeup, and other foreign material out of the microphone.

The E6i earset's flexible boom is easily shaped right on the performer's face. Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. The directional earset protective caps adjust the pattern from cardioid to hypercardioid.

Easy adjustment keeps the mic in a comfortable position for rejecting unwanted sounds. The directional E6i earset provides more isolation and is suitable for situations where there are loud monitors, extreme feedback, or environmental noise.

The included removable, quick-swap cable detaches from the actual earset, making it completely replaceable in the event of a short or break. The replaceable cable design makes upgrading wireless microphone systems easy as they are available in a wide selection of connections to accommodate most wireless transmitters.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Hello. I have a set of yongnuo flashes yn560-IV dedicated for Canon. But they have built in 2.4 GHz transrecievers. I bought Sony a7 III. Do I need these receivers for all my flashes or it is enough if I will buy XPros Flash trigger? I use flashes on manual mode anyways, so I do not need any TTL stuff.

A: Radio wireless remote systems are not cross-brand compatible between Yongnuo and Godox. As such, a Godox X-Wireless Radio Transmitter will not directly communicate with the Yongnuo YN560-IV Speedlite Flash. If you wish to use the Godox XProS TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Sony Cameras on the hot shoe of your Sony Alpha α7 III Mirrorless Digital Camera, you would have to purchase the Godox X1R-S TTL Wireless Flash Trigger Receiver for Sony for all Yongnuo flashes you wish to use off-camera. As you state your flash is dedicated for Canon, you would have to set the flash output manually on the flash.

Q: 2. Will this transmitter/receiver set work with my Nikon Z50 and SB-500 flash?

A: This should work with a Z50 and a SB-5000, but you may have to do firmware updates.

Q: 3. Can I use a Vivitar 283 with the Godox X1? Worried about frying the electronics.

A: Dont know as I dont have a Vivitar

Q: 4. If i connect the X1r-N to a non godox strobe via the 2.5 jack and fire it with a X1pro, will i be able to change the strobe power remotly? or it will just fire it.

A: No , it will just fire it.

Q: 5. Can I use the X1N trigger as Commander to 2 SB-900s & an SB-500? Or would I have to trigger one of them to trigger the other 2? But then that would be a manual setting for each?

A: When I shot with Nikons, I had several SB900's. It is my understanding that they are optically triggered. The sensor is on the right side of the unit viewed from the back. The x1N is a RF unit. It does not have an optical output. If you wanted to operate the SB's, there is a receiver that can accomodate the SB's and that would allow the X1N to operate them. The real advantage to doing that would be the operating distance goes out to about 300 feet. So, putting the flash behind the subject would work well, when using the optical trigger would be difficult. Hope this helps.

Q: 6. Is the Godox X1N compatible with nikon SB-500?

A: Yes

Q: 7. Will this trigger wirelessly my Canon 600EX-RT flash units in TTL+HSS with the Godox receivers?

A: Cant say for the 600EX-RT, but it works fine for my 580 EX II.

Q: 8. X1T-F is a transmitter. You don't need a receiver if you use a Godox light. However, where is the receiver if you want to use a studio strobe of another brand (such as Broncolor, Elinchrome or Alienbees)?

A: At the moment, Godox is not offering a X1R Receiver other than those for Nikon and Canon. Since a studio strobe would be used, you can connect to a Godox X1R-N TTL Wireless Flash Trigger Receiver for Nikon B&H # GOX1RN for manual flash triggering.

Q: 9. Can I use the Godox X1R for Sony TTL Wireless Flash Receiver with a Godox XR1 Canon transmitter? I have a spare Sony flash and would like to use it on my Canon system.

A: Godox receivers must match the brand of flash they are under Godox transmitters must match the brand of camera they are on. They have a limited ability to communicate between brands for example a Canon camera and transmitter can sync with a Nikon receiver and flash.

Q: 10. Will this work with fuji x100v?

A: Yes, it will work with the X100V.

Enjoying the best noise cancelation EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I each have a set, we are older and have a hard time hearing the TV. Weve paired with Bluetooth to each of our TVs using a Bluetooth transmitter on the TV.

Many of the shows have music in the background making it much more difficult to understand what they are saying. With these, it is easier to actually hear what is being said.

The charger cord is extremely short, but is not a problem for us because I just lay them on top of the computer tower and plug in.  My husband has a USB port in the console of the sectional. He plugs in and closes the console lid.  The cord is literally only 4 inches long.  True story.

Dont be using the headphones and be waiting to hear someone knock on the door!  You wont hear them!  The noise canceling feature works quite well. For ambient sound, just cover the right side of the earphones, and you can hear sounds around you better...and it temporarily mutes the sound in the headphones. Being harder of hearing, we have to uncover an ear so we can hear.

They are very comfortable.  I do miss the old-timey sound control wheels.  To change the volume, tap the middle of the right earphone and swipe up or down.  It works, but a wheel is more convenient.  New and improved isnt always better.

I have no popping or static with these, which is huge to us!  We just retired two NEW pair because of this very problem (they were also Sony). They werent returnable...should have been a red flag at time of purchase.  Lesson learned.

All in all, we both love our headphones!

After reading 3-5 online reviews it was obvious the MX3's were the headphones to get. So far they are delivering great noise canceling and solid sound.

Software is wonky but once you connect it’s the best sound for Bluetooth headphones

By far the best headphones I have had for a while. The autoswitching between full noise cancelling and ambient sound as you move/transit is very clever. Sound is superb, but the real ace is the noise cancelling.

This is my first pair of noose cancelling headphones. I fly occasionally for work and I don’t know how I didn’t have a pair before. Once you have a pair, you will never go without them again.

This headphones are fantastic. The sound is amazing. They very comfortable. The noise canceling is out of this planet. I got in shock when I put them on, for the moment I thought was alone in this planet. My only only complaint is that I wished the clamp a little more on my ears. I have a small head and I always have this problem with headphones, but so far these one are the ones that fit better in my head. No regrets. Loved it.
