The light beige Countryman E6i Directional Earset Mic, Standard Gain with Detachable 1mm Cable and LEMO 6-pin Connector for Micron Wireless Transmitters is a vocal microphone with a soft, flexible boom that facilitates its adjustment for different users. It's built with a larger silicone rubber earpiece making it better suited for situations when multiple users share the same mic.
The E6i earset can be used on either ear for capturing audio and rejecting unwanted sound, feedback, or surrounding noise from stage monitors or nearby speakers in houses of worship, theater, and outdoor vocal and speech applications.
The low-profile, directional E6i earset virtually disappears against the skin, so performers will forget they're wearing a mic. This version offers the highest gain for general speaking such as presentations or sermons. Additionally, the earset comes with two pattern-changeable protective caps for maximum isolation and gain before feedback. This directional E6i earset's cable terminates to a LEMO 6-pin connector for direct connection to Micron TX 700-Series wireless bodypack transmitters.

The Countryman earsets are very small, lightweight, and the least visible headworn microphones.
The E6i is soft and highly flexible with a larger silicone rubber ear piece. When multiple users share a mic, the E6i is a great choice. The soft boom is durable and the flexibility makes it easy to adjust for different users.
The E6i's stainless steel boom is tough and can be bent and re-bent to fit different performers. It is highly resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. The earset should always have a protective cap in place to keep sweat, makeup, and other foreign material out of the microphone.
The E6i earset's flexible boom is easily shaped right on the performer's face. Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. The directional earset protective caps adjust the pattern from cardioid to hypercardioid.
Easy adjustment keeps the mic in a comfortable position for rejecting unwanted sounds. The directional E6i earset provides more isolation and is suitable for situations where there are loud monitors, extreme feedback, or environmental noise.
The included removable, quick-swap cable detaches from the actual earset, making it completely replaceable in the event of a short or break. The replaceable cable design makes upgrading wireless microphone systems easy as they are available in a wide selection of connections to accommodate most wireless transmitters.
Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. If this AD300 is only powered by battery, is there another Godox model similar to this that provides battery and AC power options?
A: All of the AD series are battery operated, but the AD400Pro and AD600Pro have optional AC adapter accessories.
Q: 2. What is the beam angle?
A: Smallrig does not publish a specification for the beam angle of the SmallRig Pix M160 On-Camera RGBWW LED Light.
Q: 3. What size are they? I can only find the packaging size but not product size.
A: Yes, the Yongnuo YN-600II LED 3200-5500K Light comes in at 10.2 x7.5 x 1.6in.
Q: 4. Do the softboxes come with 2 layers of diffusion or is just one outside layer?
A: Yes, both softboxes in the Godox MS300-V Studio Flash Monolight (3-Light Kit) have an inner baffle and an outer diffusion panel as well.
Q: 5. How is it compare to Apurture MC? Is it brighter, for example.
A: Stated by the manufacturers, the SmallRig PIX M160 produces 125 footcandles at 1 meter away whereas the Aputure MC produces 9.29 foot candles at 1 meter away.
Q: 6. I have x2t s ttl wireless flash trigger can this kit work with it ??
A: The Godox X2t will fire the flash but does not do TTL or HSS.
Q: 7. Are the fans noisy or would they be silent enough for interviews in a small studio?
A: It is our understanding that the fan built into this LED panel is quiet enough for shooting video.
Q: 8. I noticed there is a huge temperature shift when switching from ttl to manual. Can anyone explain why this is the case? Its really slowing me down. I start with ttl and do the fine tweaking on manual but the the temperature shifts too cool and i have to spend time setting the wb when i switch from ttl to manual.
A: TTL to manual should have no barring on the color temp. Try setting your camera to flash for the WB and see if this persists. Also check to make sure that the B1 isn't in freeze mode.
Q: 9. Can the Godox MS300-V be triggered with non-godox wireless flash trigger? For example, can it be triggered with Yongnuo YN560-TX?
A: The Yongnuo YN560-TX Manual Flash Controller for Canon cannot directly control the Godox MS300-V Studio Flash Monolight as the Yongnuo transmitter is not compatible with Godox's 2.4 GHz X-wireless system. That being said, if you purchase the Yongnuo RF-603C II Wireless Flash Trigger Kit for Canon 3-Pin Connection, B&H # YORF603IIC3, or the Yongnuo YN-622C II E-TTL Wireless Flash Transceiver for Canon (2-Pack), B&H # YOYN622CII , and connect them to the sync terminal on the Godox MS300-V using the Impact Sync Cord Male Mini (3.5mm) to Male PC (1'), BH #IMMMPCM1. This will allow the Yongnuo YN560-TX Manual Flash Controller for Canon to wirelessly trigger the Godox MS300-V monolight..
Q: 10. As long as I understand, there are two Profoto speedring mount. This light what speedring uses?
A: Profoto only has one type of mount for their studio strobe lights; the side that mounts to the light fixture is identical. However, they have different speedrings depending on the light modifier you are using and on the light fixture you own. The difference is the rod connection used for the speedrings, and the type of softbox you will use on the light fixture. The Profoto B1X 500 AirTTL OCF Monolight is considered both a studio monolight and a part of Profoto's OCF (Off-Camera Flash) system. As such, you may use their Profoto RFi Speed Ring for Profoto Flash Heads, B&H # PRSRP, when using Profoto light modifiers with "RFi" in the name, or you may use the Profoto Speed Ring for OCF Flash Heads, B&H # PROCFSR, with Profoto's OCF flash modifiers with "OCF" in the name. If you are using a third-party universal softbox, I would recommend the Impact Speed Ring for Profoto, B&H # IMSRPRO, for your usage needs.
