This large forest green camo LensCoat TravelHood is designed for 400mm f/2.8, 600mm f/4, and 800mm f/5.6 lenses as a lightweight and portable alternative to a standard lens hood. Its ribbed design allows it to wrap around the lens and fold flat to pack into your bag. Made from water-resistant material, the TravelHood can be used in inclement weather, protecting your lens from the elements, scratches, and lens flare. An anti-slip interior lining and hook-and-loop straps keep the TravelHood in place.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. will this fit correctly on my gitzo GT2530 EX tripod?

A: The LensCoat LegCushion (Realtree Max4) is compatible with Gitzo 3, 4, and 5 series tripods, so it will not fit the Gitzo GT2530 EX tripod.

Q: 2. Will this bag fit a Fujinon MK50-135mm T2.9 Lens (Sony E-Mount) that is 8.12 in length?

A: No, the bag needs to be at least 1 1/2 inches longer than the lens to draw close nicely.

Q: 3. The description says it Included with the product is a removable front element protection disc for lenses. I am thinking the front element protection disc is to be left in to help protect the lens. I'm not clear as to why removing the disc is beneficial. It's listed as a feature that it is removable, but I can't figure why that is a benefit. Can someone explain?

A: Having the removable front element protection disc is beneficial in the event that it needed to be replaced at some point.

Q: 4. Does this prohibit your tripod legs from closing fully ??

A: no it does not.

Q: 5. Anybody use this with a Nikkor 70-200mm 2.8? and how bad is the vignette problem?

A: The LensCoat TravelHood (Small, Black) was made for larger lenses like the Nikon 300mm f2.8 or 200-400mm f4. It would be too big to fit a 70-200mm.

Q: 6. what is the length of the TravelHood?

A: 7 1/2 inches

Q: 8. What size is appropriate for the CAMBO CBH-6 ballhead?

A: The Cambo CBH-6 Ball Head with Quick Release Plate would fit in the LensCoat LensPouch (Small, Black), BH #LELCLPSMBK (https://bhpho.to/3UkTnrf).

Q: 9. I purchased a Rolanpro product similar to this one and it was too big for my Sigma 150-600 Sport lens. That is why I'm interested in the small size. The velcro strips didn't align with the end of the material and left too much flapping. Will this fit my lens adequately and have sufficient fastening material to keep the final end of the wrap tight?

A: According to LensCoat, they recommend the travel hood zoom for your lens. Click the link below to view; https://bhpho.to/31VVYQQ

Q: 10. Is length of LegCushion pad on each leg really 24"? Please check again. Doesn't look that long in video.

A: Once installed the LensCoat LegCushion will measure about 10-10.5 inches down each tripod leg.
