A: Using a follow focus on these should not be a problem, since the focus ring is designed as a cinema lens ring. What would be an issue would be mounting a clip-on matte box, as that would spin around with the turn of the lens.

A: Hi Mark, for the BG-E11 you will need our BGE11-L bracket. This has been discontinued but you might be able to find one in the used marketplace. The BGE20-L is not backward compatible.
