Q: 1. I bought two of these SanDisk Extreme 64 GB (120 MB/s, UDMA 7) and both are giving my D800 a card error. The camera pretends to format them via the menu but it still passes an error. Has anyone else had issues with a D800? Weird that both are erring out.

A: I use this same card in my D800 and have not experienced that problem at all. Have you experienced this with any other compact flash cards, or have access to another card to see if you have the same issue? You may want to update your camera software from Nikon's support site to see if that makes a difference.

A: Yes, the SanDisk 32 GB Extreme CompactFlash Memory Card is compatible for use with both the Canon EOS 5D Mark II DSLR cameras and the Canon EOS 7D DSLR camera.

Q: 4. Why won't this device work with a Nikon D300 or D700? Will not formats in the camera, in a PC I get errors??? I haves used the 64GB Extreme Pro with no problems. Suggestions?

A: Hello,My name is Allen from SanDisk support. I appreciate your query. Please refer to the link below to check the compatible memory card for your device on SanDisk's Product Compatibility.a href= http://pct1.sandisk.com/ProductList.aspx?DeviceID=2179 target= _blank http://pct1.sandisk.com/ProductList.aspx?DeviceID=2179/a As per the specification of Nikon D300 DSLR Camera, SanDisk recommends Ultra CompactFlash Memory Card (30 MB/s). Please refer the link below for the compatible memory card.a href= http://pct1.sandisk.com/ProductList.aspx?DeviceID=2178 target= _blank http://pct1.sandisk.com/ProductList.aspx?DeviceID=2178/a It is unfortunate that you are facing issues with the Memory card, where in you are unable to format the card. Q: 5. Hi! will this card comparable with my old Canon 50D ? thanks

A: Yes. I have used the 64 GB Sandisk Extreme card with my 50D on numerous occasions and it works great. I also love using it with my 5D Mark III.

Q: 6. I have a cannon EOS Rebel XT, will this card work okay?

A: These SanDisk CF cards will work just fine in your Rebel XT, but the camera will not be able to take advantage of the SanDisk Extreme series card's transfer speeds. A better card for your camera is the SanDisk Ultra series CF cards which are less expensive.

Q: 8. Can I use a 128 GB Compact flash card in my Cano EOS 1Ds Mark III? I know the largest SD card can be use is 32GB SDHC.

A: Yes on Sandisk website they do list SanDisk 128 GB Extreme CompactFlash Memory Card as compatible with Canon 1Ds Mark III digital camera.

Q: 9. I can not format this card with my Cannon EOS 7D camera. Any suggestions??

A: The SanDisk 32 GB Extreme CompactFlash Memory Card should be compatible for use with your camera. If it is not currently working (and if you haven't used in other cameras) and it is a new card, the card may simply be defective. If that is the case, you may wish to contact Customer Service if the card has been purchased within the last 30 days to return the item for an exchange or return. If it has been past 30 days, you may have to contact SanDisk directly for assistance with a replacement card. If no cards are working in your camera, then the issue may be your camera's CompactFlash terminal. I would recommend first trying a different CompactFlash memory card to see if the issue is the memory card or your camera.

Q: 10. I purchased this Sandisk 128GB card for my Canon 1DX(2.0.8 firmware). The image count on top camera display stays at 1999 images left. Should read 4200+/-. Is this card compatible with the 1DX? Images record fine, just the count is funky.

A: I have the same thing in my 5D3. Everything is fine - it is just that the LCD can only display a maximum of 1999 as the screen only displays 3.25 characters (can only show a 1 in the left most column when the count is above 999).
