The light beige Countryman E6X Directional Earset Mic, Low Gain with Detachable 1mm Cable and TA4F Connector for Shure Wireless Transmitters is a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i earset that features a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom and is suitable for use when a few people will be using the same mic.
The E6X earset can be used on either ear for capturing audio and rejecting unwanted sound, feedback, or surrounding noise from stage monitors or nearby speakers in houses of worship, theater, and outdoor vocal and speech applications.
The low-profile, directional E6X earset virtually disappears against the skin, so performers will forget they're wearing a mic. This version offers the lowest gain for the most powerful vocals that require the highest overload. Additionally, the earset comes with two pattern-changeable protective caps for maximum isolation and gain before feedback. This directional E6X earset's cable terminates to a TA4F connector for direct connection to Shure AD1, ADX1, AXT100TA4F, GLXD1, PGXD1, QLXD1, and ULXD1 wireless bodypack transmitters.
For Stage, Theater, and Broadcast TV Fits Shure Transmitters Headroom for Strong Vocals Detachable 1mm Diameter Cable Versatile, Flexible Boom Includes Windscreen 2 x Protective Caps Black and White Single Tie Cable Clips Carrying Case

The Countryman earsets are very small, lightweight, and the least visible headworn microphones.
The E6 Flex or E6X offers a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i. With a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom, the E6 Flex is secure on the ear and fast to fit without compromising true invisibility and sound.
The E6X's stainless steel boom is tough and can be bent and re-bent to fit different performers. It is highly resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. The earset should always have a protective cap in place to keep sweat, makeup, and other foreign material out of the microphone.
The E6X earset's flexible boom is easily shaped right on the performer's face. Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. The directional earset protective caps adjust the pattern from cardioid to hypercardioid.
Easy adjustment keeps the mic in a comfortable position for rejecting unwanted sounds. The directional E6X earset provides more isolation and is suitable for situations where there are loud monitors, extreme feedback, or environmental noise.
The included removable, quick-swap cable detaches from the actual earset, making it completely replaceable in the event of a short or break. The replaceable cable design makes upgrading wireless microphone systems easy as they are available in a wide selection of connections to accommodate most wireless transmitters.

Q: 1. I've herd about the 10 camera profiles and this is great but how film friendly is this meter.i would like to profile my slide film but theirs more than 10 that I shoot.is this possible or am I asking to much of sekonic
A: It is not possible to create profiles for film the way you do for digital cameras. With variables such as emulsion batches and processing, you cannot guarantee consistency, plus the images would have to be scanned, introducing another variable-the scanner. The best thing to do is shoot some test film based on the meters reading, then evaluate them for good exposure and how much over/under exposure the film tolerates. If you feel that some over or under exposure is needed, you may manually enter compensation data into the meter. Same with dynamic range.
Q: 2. when you have a Godox XPro F TTL trigger on the camera but using the Sekonic to dial in the lights, does the trigger on camera automatically adjust, or reflect your changes you made on the Sekonic? Or do you have to hit some button on the trigger to reset/refresh every time? And if once you're shooting you notice one light needs to be dialed up or down, can you adjust from the trigger on camera and will the Sekonic adjust the value as well? Just wondering so that during a shoot it's not too confusing.
A: I contacted Sekonic regarding your inquiry. According to Sekonic, they state you will need to place the Godox transmitter in App mode. Go to [Menu], shoot and then select [App}. This would put the transmitter into trigger only mode so it will not effect the setting made by the Sekonic meter.
Q: 3. Does it come with a 7" reflector?
A: Yes, the SmallRig RC 220D Daylight LED Monolight does come with a Hyper Reflector.
Q: 4. In what increments will this measure lux at all values? Will it measure lux to the 1's place in values above 1000lx? 10's place?
A: The Sekonic Speedmaster L-858D-U Light Meter can read 0.1 to 2,000,000 Lux. And the speed can be set for, 1/64,000 to 30 Minutes (1, 1/2, 1/3-Step Increments), Plus 1/400, 1/200
Q: 5. Will the RT Module-32 Pocketwizard transmitter from the Sekonic L-608 work as a transmitter for the L-858D-U?
A: Yes.
Q: 6. Does the Aputure Fresnel 2X shown in the recommended accessories work well with the daylight model, RC 220D?
A: Yes, the Aputure Fresnel 2X Attachment can work with the SmallRig RC 220D Light.
Q: 7. Are there are plans to sell with a gold mount adapter?
A: The SmallRig V-Mount Battery Plate, B&H # SM3676 • MFR # 3676, is currently the only battery plate listed by SmallRig as compatible for use with the SmallRig RC 220B COB Bi-Color LED Video Light (2700-6500K). As of the time/date of this reply, SmallRig does not have a Gold-Mount adapter option designed for use with this light fixture.
Q: 8. The Phottix Transmitter Module says it works with the Strato 2 & Ares 2 protocols, does this mean it wont work with Odin speedlight receivers and the Indra set to the Odin receiver setting?
A: Yes, it won't.
Q: 9. I own the 758. Any reason to buy the 858 if high-speed sync isn't a key feature for me?
A: The 758 is certainly a great meter. The 858 is MORE of a good thing. It measures in lower light. It has higher ISO input and lets you create your own ISO setting. It has a filter factor feature. Massively extended Cine/HD Cine display. 10 memory calibration. Flash duration measurement to get just the right amount of action stopping from studio flashes. A color display. HSS measurement (had to include that one). Radio triggering for PocketWizard, Elinchrom or Phottix Strato. faster operating touch screen control. And it does it all on 2 AA batteries.
Q: 10. Which one these Sekonic transmitters works with the Interfit S1 flash?
A: If you are asking for a light meter that has a built-in radio transmitter compatible for use with the wireless radio receiver built inside the Interfit S1 light fixture, unfortunately, there is no option designed by Sekonic. The Sekonic Speedmaster L-858D-U Light Meters are built with transmitters for PocketWizard, Godox, Broncolor, Elinchrom, and Phottix wireless radio systems. As they do not manufacture an option for use with Interfit strobes, I would instead recommend purchasing the Sekonic L-858D-U Speedmaster Light Meter Kit with Transmitter Module for PocketWizard, B&H # SEL858DUSMPW, along with a PocketWizard transceiver such as the PocketWizard PlusX Transceiver, B&H # WIPWPX, for your usage needs.
