The X1T is a lower profile device that sits on the hot shoe and allows a flash to be stacked on top. The XPro has a larger screen and more physical controls for making adjustments quickly. There are two versions of each style that are functionally identical just with different button layouts, however, the old version of the X1T is no longer sold as far as I can tell.
