A: You could fit it to a handycam, but it will always point up or down, never forward.

Q: 2. What type of tripod would be best to use this? The one I have doesn’t have a head that will work.

A: A tripod without a head would need to have a 3/8 16 male screw to attach to the Axler 30" Lightweight Carbon Fiber Camera Slider. The Benro parts below would work as will the same model with a head. Benro 75mm Half Ball Adapter BH #BEBL75S Benro A373T Aluminum Video Tripod (75mm Bowl) BH #BEA373T or Benro A373F Aluminum Single-Tube Tripod with S8Pro Fluid Video Head BH #BEA373FBS8P

Q: 3. I have a Manfrotto 496RC2 Compact Ball Head with RC2 Quick Release on my monopod. Will the EVO Camera Belt Grip by B-Grip plate fit the Manfrotto ball head or will I have to change plates to go from one to the other?

A: The plate is not the same as the Manfrotto plate.B-Grip does make a Tripod adapter you can use with your Manfrotto tripod.B-Grip Tripod AdapterB&H # BGBGTA, Mfr # BGTAhttp://bhpho.to/WPVrLM

A: This can be tightened all the way until there is no space left. It will fit anyone.

Q: 6. How do you clean sand from this, and make it smoother to run?

A: To remove sand, I would use a mild house-hold cleaner with paper towels and cotton swabs. Apply the cleaner to the towels and swabs first then clean away gently. If that does not get all the sand, then see if you can disassemble it to get out the rest. If this is to no avail, then I would contact the seller, Gradus Group, for servicing. a href= http://www.gradusgroup.com/support target= _blank http://www.gradusgroup.com/support/a

Q: 7. Is this bag good choice for Canon 5D Mark II with battery pack, Canon 70-300 mm, Canon 100 mm Macro, Canon 20 mm lenses (all with hoods) or do you have better recommendation?

A: i really want to love this bag, but im not sold on it. i have a canon 700D. the bag is just the wrong shape for me. its kind of bulky and awkward. yes there is room for the camera, a zoom lens, and my purse, but its just so big! i dont think you could put the camera in with much else if you had the battery pack grip on. and the backpack strap doesnt really make it a backpack.

Q: 8. What’s needed to make this slider motorized?

A: One way to create motorized motion with this device is by adding something like the Syrp Genie II Linear https://bhpho.to/35M9Cpx which would allow movement and programming... and for the movement itself, adding the following to the package would be necessary https://bhpho.to/3cbbZol

Q: 9. Does this work with the newer Rhino sliders, or just the older EVO slider?

A: Yes. Will work with both units or any slider that offers a 1/4 opening at the end. Units serve as protection for your equipment.

Q: 10. where can I find a video of this slider in action?

A: Sorry, this is a brand new product and unfortunately no videos are known to be available for it.

I originally liked this unit for how light it was compared to traditional sliders, but as soon as I started to use it - my focus became on how incredibly smooth the slider is. This slider glides and makes my video perfect. The portability of the design is also quite important to me, the folding legs, and nice protective bag will keep this looking new for a long time.

Most times I use this on 2 tripods, although it does have a mount for use on a single tripod for hikes where I need to carry less.

I would suggest looking into this, not only is it quality but it has a affordable price range than anyone can justify !

Smooth, light and does what it says even with a GFX100 in full movie mode with a 3 stage matte box (wooden camera) and Atomos 7 monitor attached.

Super smooth and can handle whatever I throw at it. It handles a Genie, two Genie minis, a D850 and a 12-24mm lens (all at once). And doesn't bat an eyelash. Love this thing. It brought my time-lapse work to another level.

I wasn't ready to commit to a more expensive slider system - since I don't know if it will be something I use often. This was a great cost to value option. Very smooth simple slider solution at its price point. Slider ships ready to go - no assembly required. Also like that it comes with a travel bag. I've used it a few times now and have enjoyed it. Getting smooth even shots takes a little finesse - same could probably be said for any non-mechanical slider - but ultimately I get more professional looking shots with this than I would free handing with a gimbal.
