The black Countryman E6X Omnidirectional Earset Mic, Standard Gain with Detachable 1mm Cable and LEMO 4-pin Connector for Vega Wireless Transmitters is a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i earset that features a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom and is suitable for use when a few people will be using the same mic.

The E6X earset can be used on either ear for capturing audio and rejecting unwanted sound, feedback, or surrounding noise from stage monitors or nearby speakers in houses of worship, theater, and outdoor vocal and speech applications.

The low-profile, omnidirectional E6X earset virtually disappears against the skin, so performers will forget they're wearing a mic. This version offers the highest gain for general speaking such as presentations or sermons. In addition, the earset comes with three protective caps with different high-frequency response characteristics that control the amount of crispness or sibilance (response at 15 kHz). This omnidirectional E6X earset's cable terminates to a LEMO 4-pin connector for direct connection to Vega 77 and 677 wireless bodypack transmitters.

The Countryman earsets are very small, lightweight, and the least visible headworn microphones.

The E6 Flex or E6X offers a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i. With a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom, the E6 Flex is secure on the ear and fast to fit without compromising true invisibility and sound.

The E6X's stainless steel boom is tough and can be bent and re-bent to fit different performers. It is highly resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. The earset should always have a protective cap in place to keep sweat, makeup, and other foreign material out of the microphone.

The E6X earset's flexible boom is easily shaped right on the performer's face. Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. This omnidirectional version includes three protective caps—+4 dB (bright), +8 dB (very bright) and +0 dB (flat)—that controls the amount of crispness or sibilance (response at 15 kHz.)

Easy adjustment keeps the mic in a comfortable position for rejecting unwanted sounds. The omnidirectional E6X earset provides more isolation and is suitable for situations where there are loud monitors, extreme feedback, or environmental noise.

The included removable, quick-swap cable detaches from the actual earset, making it completely replaceable in the event of a short or break. The replaceable cable design makes upgrading wireless microphone systems easy as they are available in a wide selection of connections to accommodate most wireless transmitters.

Q: 10. Will this work witH Sony A72 and HVL-F43M, HVL-F20M?

A: I just got the XProS trigger and did a quick test with my existing flashes (Godox and Sony) on my A7II: worked flawlessly with my Good AD200 flashes, no problems! However, on the Sony HVL-F43M I had to have the flash mounted on a Godox X1R-S receiver to get the flash to fire wirelessly, which wasn't a surprise to me going into it. However, I have not been able to get it to adjust the flashes output via the XPro-S transceiver mounted on the camera...it automatically adjusts the AD200's outputs. On the Sony I have to manually adjust the power output on the back of the flash in manual mode...easy enough to do, but extra steps to get there that don't thrill me. Hope this helps.
