However, in some cases manufacturers can issue firmware updates that can make the operation of any third party battery different such as requiring the user to click "OK" on the screen to use it. At this time (November 2021), it will power any Nikon camera that takes the Nikon EN-EL15, EN-EN15b, or EN-EL15c.
