A: A battery charger is not included with the package. However a USB cable is. I already had a battery charger so not having one in the kit wasn't a problem. For convenience, were I you, I'd order a battery charger and, if you don't already have one, a second battery. Mirror less cameras are nortorious for sucking the power out of batteries. Finally, no, this is not a full frame camera. I expect it will be quite a few years before you can buy a full frame for this price.

A: Your A330 uses the Minolta/Sony A mount. This camera is the Sony E mount. But there are adapters, so, yes--with an adapter--you can use the lenses from your A330 on it. The Sony LA-EA4 will give you autofocus on even the older Minolta lenses. The Sony LA-EA3 is used with Sony lenses that have internal motors (eg. SAM).
