The ATEN VS481B Four-Port 4K2K HDMI Switch supports Ultra HD 4Kx2K resolutions and allows connectivity of four sources to an HDMI display. The four-port switch allows transitioning between HDMI ports with efficiency, and features a built-in bidirectional RS-232 serial port for switch control via a high-end controller, PC, or home automation and theater software. LEDs are located on the switch's front panel to indicate which source device is selected.

I currently using it with 1080p. I bought the unit for future use if I add 4k devices. Remote does well for a simple remote, and it switches fast between inputs. I have a device that did not have enough power to work with an unpowered switch, and this unit works well with it. Unless it unexpectedly has some issue, I am pleased with it. 5

I bought this to replace another brand that only worked for about six months. Having a switch that did not force auto sensing was mandatory for me. This is the only one that I could find like this without spending hundreds of dollars. In reading some reviews it was confusing how it really worked so I called IOGEAR first. They confirmed default is not to auto switch plus they told me about software their parent company has for free that lets you configure the unit without the serial commands, so I was please with their customer support. So far it has been working very good and the switching is a lot quicker than my old one was. And of course B&H had a good price and shipped it out same day. 5
