Q: 1. i have a system with Thbubderbolt 2 port and this Blackmagic Design UltraStudio HD Mini is with thunderbolt 3 but i want to get Thunderbolt 3 adapter and use Thunderbolt cable with it, will it work to stream?

A: It won't work. You won't be able to power the box ON. You will need to get a Blackmagic with Thunderbolt 2 to transfer data and with AC Power.

Q: 2. re converting analog video (e.g., from a Betacam deck) to digital: A Blackmagic representative stated, "Keep in mind you will need to use a time base corrector on the output of your tape machines. The Ultrastudio will not capture in time base corrected video." I have time based correctors on my Beta decks, but not all. Does that mean this unit will not work with, say, a VHS or HDV deck that lacks a time based corrector output?

A: Correct, the Blackmagic Design UltraStudio HD Mini can only work with decks that have time based corrector outputs.

Q: 3. Will this allow me to output to an 8-bit HDMI 2560x1080 monitor?
