It was ones of the best purchased I done at B&H, I'll recommend the store to everyone

I came into working with Lightroom late in life. Tried it much over the years and always had it, but it frustrated me and then when Adobe went to the subscription model I was off it completely (money gougers). Then age caught up with me and I had to abandon all my quality Canon gear because I just could not carry it all around any more (too big, too heavy as I was a committed full frame SLR hobbyist). So I sought out a new photographic platform that had excellent results and was MUCH LIGHTER AND SMALLER (read mirrorless). Once I found that I knew I would need a new photo RAW editing platform where all my generations of digital images could live happily within. There are many good platforms out there and I tried several only to find they did not yet support my new choosen camera platform ... but Adobe did.


So I decided to give it another try, subscription model, money grubbing and all. At the same time I came across the Loupedeck + editing console which looked like it would help me get much more out of Lightroom and take away so much of my frustration with it. Well it has been a few months now and a few thousand pictures and I can only say BRILLIANT! Effing Brilliant (pardon my French)!

I could go on endlessly how it makes numerous and complex commands as easy as pie (not that good pie is easy), but I won't. For it me all boils down to making sense of what previously had been difficult to fathom and execute. Not any more!

Art 300 is perhaps the finest paper I have ever used. Of course, some images are best printed on gloss finish. But for those that look better with some paper texture, this is THE paper to use. It does require about 2 times the light as Ilford FB papers require, but that is a non-issue (other than the cost of running test strips). The Art 300 also takes color retouching (Marshall Oils) beautifully. Love the heavy-weight of this paper as well. Deep blacks and lovely tonal range. This nothing not to like here.

Keyboard is perfect, but it's the first time I paid custom from B&H. UPS bill me $50 it's the last time I buy from b&H.

I write to you with great concern and great confusion.
I have been working with this paper for many years and have bought from you many times. This has never happened to me before and I would like to see how we can solve it.
In the attached photo you can see that the edge has a stain. I used 3 different sheets and the same thing happened in all of them. This only happened to me with the large paper (16X20), the other smaller one (11X14) that I bought together with this one worked perfectly, with impeccable whites and deep blacks.
I have the impression that there is a problem with the fiber of the paper. It's just an idea, because I really don't know why the paper behaved this way.
I hope to have an answer and a solution.
I don't live in the USA, I live in Chile and that paper doesn't exist here. It is very important for my work that you can help me.

This has been a discovery for me, I love the texture of the paper and the warm tone. Landscape photos look splendid. It's also easy to retouch the photos with watercolors for black and white photography, and get creative with them. To other side I follow the time recommended by the manufacturer that is fast and I like that, 10 seconds in the stop bath and no more than 1 minute in developer. I like a lot the possibilities with this Art 300 mutigrade by Hanhemuhle. I recommend it a lot!!
