A: When you're selecting a frame rate, you get to choose what options fit best for you. When you select XAVC HS 4K you have more than two options to select from. So it has less rolling shutter in video and you can also use it in silent electronic shutter and not get distortions. Unfortunately the a7iv does not have the stacked sensor, so you get more rolling shutter distortions and in silent mode you can get banding. Better to only use the a7iv in regular mechanical shutter.
