The E6 Flex includes hypercardioid and cardioid caps which effectively minimize off-axis feedback and noise from nearby monitor speakers, instruments and noisy sources. Flexible microphone positioning is maintained and the included windscreen minimizes the wind noise often associated with cardioid microphones.

When shooting macro with a Leica M rangefinder camera, there are several concerns: Is the lens capable for macro focusing, can the rangefinder accurately achieve correct focus and will the view finder show the proper corrected parallax frame lines.The Leica 75mm f/2.0 APO Summicron M Aspherical lens has a Minimum Focus Distance of 2.3' (0.7 m) with a Magnification of 1:7. Not what I would call in the macro ball park. I checked and we do not carry M mount extension tubes. At one time Leica made the Visoflex which is a mirror housing that converts an M camera from a rangefinder into a reflex camera primarily for macro-photography and enabling longer lenses. They also offered at one time the Uxoor which was a bellows set up.
