A: The tripod legs weigh 2.75 lbs and the head weighs .5 lbs. The total for the tripod and head combined is 3.25 lbs.The manufacture does not list the percentage of carbon fiber the tripod is made of. The legs are and the column but are carbon fiber but the other parts like the leg twists and feet are not.

A: This tripod is perfect for your camera! I just received this tripod in the mail a week ago and I'm very happy with the quality. I use a canon 5D with a 24-105 lens and it can handle that just fine, it will have no problem with the A6300.
