Q: 4. How is the battery longevity? Would an extra for a night herp hike be necessary?

Q: 5. Is the Sony HDVF-EL20 compatible with the Sony HSC-100R? Is it the same as discontinued HDVF-20A?

A: The Sony HDVF-EL20 4k viewfinder will work with the Sony HSC-100R. The HDVF-EL20 is a full color OLED viewfinder, and the HDVF-20A was Black and white and HD only.

Q: 6. Can this be used with an einstein strobe, and if so can i use hss? I have the nissin air commander and di700 flash and would like to use both together with shutter speeds 1/200.

A: No, Amy, it can't. The way Sony's HSS protocols work, the signal is transmitted via a TTL command that's only accessable from a MI compatible shoe. You will have to buy a transmitter made by your strobe manufacturer with a MI shoe.

Q: 7. How do you remove the battery from Godox v350n?

A: The GVM Pro SD650B Bi-Color LED Monolight (650W) has a battery compartment on the right side of the flash—the second image down on our product page shows its placement. Just push the battery compartment door down to open it. Once open, slightly pull out the strip, and the battery will release.

A: The configuration of these dividers are not conducive for the fit on the AD600PRO

Q: 9. I know the firmware has been updated to be compatible with the Canon T7, which has no center hot shoe pin. Is it also compatible with the Canon Sl3, which has the same mount problem?

A: No longer an issue Godox announced new firmware updates for the V860IIC, X1T-C, TT350C, and V350C that make them compatible with Canon’s center-pin-less hotshoes.

Q: 10. Will this work with Godox, Profoto, and other studio strobes? I've been waiting for Nissin to make an equivalent strobe like the Profoto B2 for more power than their current offering. So will this trigger studio strobes with TTL and most importantly HSS?

A: No it will not trigger your strobes with TTL or HSS. The Air R receiver is primarily made to work with Sony MIS flashes. In this case, it will support TTL and HSS with those flashes. The Air R receiver does have a PC out so you can trigger a studio strobe but that is all. You would have no control what so ever of the studio strobe.
