The Gator 12 x 10" Tom Protechtor Drum Case; Elite Air Series is a hard, polyethylene case that is designed to securely guard your Tom during transport or storage. This unique case features 6 strips of foam on the top and bottom that protect your drum when stored. The Elite is constructed in such a way that the drum never touches sides of the case when inserted. It is cushioned by nothing more than air. Hence, the name "Air Case".

Another "wow" factor of this case is that it will hold a Tom with a suspended bracket. The benefit of this is that you don't have to purchase a larger case to accommodate the added dimensions of the bracket - a real money-saver. The removable lid of the Elite is secured by a wide and very strong latch strap that has rapid release snap-clips.

For any musician, protecting your instrument is critical - and if you've ever played in a band, you know that roadies and car trunks can be rough on gear. Loading and unloading under various climatic conditions puts your gear through stress - rain, wind and snow. However, when it's time to play, you want to know that your gear has made it to the gig in one piece and is ready to go. Gator Elite Air Tom Cases are made with the needs of the musician in mind.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Which version works with the Leica SL2?

A: At this time, Profoto does not have a Leica-specific TTL transmitter. To utilize the Air triggering system in select Profoto units along with the Leica SL2, you may use the Profoto Air Remote Transceiver, BH # PRAR which offers manual control.

Q: 2. I connected my remote to my camera (everything sony) and its still saying that it isnt supported by my camera! Asking me to verify the compatibility with the device. How do i do that?

A: Look on Profoto's page and check device compatibility. If it is showing compatibility, make sure all of your firmware is up to date. Camera, Remote and flash. Camera is manditory.

Q: 3. Can this be used with an einstein strobe, and if so can i use hss? I have the nissin air commander and di700 flash and would like to use both together with shutter speeds 1/200.

A: No, Amy, it can't. The way Sony's HSS protocols work, the signal is transmitted via a TTL command that's only accessable from a MI compatible shoe. You will have to buy a transmitter made by your strobe manufacturer with a MI shoe.

Q: 4. will this sync with Canon speedlite 600EX-RT? I have a GFX 50S and would like to use the 3 Canon speedlites I have.

A: The Profoto and Canon radio systems are not compatible.

Q: 5. I have a Nikon D800 but am looking to change back to canon and the B1s. I have D1s right now and would like to know if this would fire my D1s from my D800? I know there would be no TTL till I get a Canon and the B1s. I just don't want to by the other remote id this one will work?

A: Yes the Canon remote should trigger the B1s from any camera, when using a Nikon it would be manual (not TTL).

Q: 6. Is this receiver compatible with the newer Sony HVL-F60M flash, which has the Mi shoe interface?

A: Yes, it does, but for it to work make sure the transmitter has the latest firmware for Sony

Q: 7. After I shoot about 3 frames with this trigger my B1x light pops way up to FULL (10) power and there is a loud pop sound. It happens on both of my heads and in both Manual and TTL modes. This never happened with my old Pocket Wizard so trying to figure out if its a setting issue?

A: Try to update the firmware from the Profoto website, this may correct the problem.

Q: 8. Does this work with the a9 and Nikon z6ii and D750?

A: No, the Profoto Air Remote TTL-N for Nikon is deigned and made for Nikons protocol system only.

Q: 9. Will this work with Canon R3 High Speed Sync?

A: Yes this transmitter BH #PRARTTL will work with a EOS R3.

Q: 10. Will this remote work with the Leica Q2?

A: For Leica you can use the manual transmitter. https://bhpho.to/2YDZ2g7
