The height of the device plus the vertical adjustment capability of the swing-away viewfinder connector serve to align the included Cavision MHE52 viewfinder to your DSLR camera.

The MHE52 Viewfinder magnifies the LCD image by 6x, employing a single glass element and a comfortable rubber eyecup. The eyepiece is a similar size to those found on high-end digital-cinema cameras such as the Sony F900. The swing-away viewfinder connector piece allows you to remove the camera from the rig easily, enabling a quick switch from shoulder-mounted to handheld shooting.
