Q: 3. Is this compatible with the GH4?

A: This rig has been designed to perfectly fit Sony A7II series. The cage will not fit a Panasonic GH4. However, SHAPE has several rig solutions for your camera that can be found under the link below:a href= http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ntt=shape+gh4&N=0&InitialSearch=yes&sts=ma&Top+Nav-Search= target= _blank http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?Ntt=shape+gh4&N=0&InitialSearch=yes&sts=ma&Top+Nav-Search=/aHere is what we suggest if you are searching for a similar bundle as the A7II. You can use a GH4 should mount with a Matte Box and a Follow Focus within a similar price range. This shoulder mount has been designed to be used with the YAGH interface unit (#PADMWYAGH). If you use your GH4 without it, you will also need a Delta Quick release to lift it up. In this solution, the front rods will have to be mounted lower than back rods.If you need more information or pictures of the final result, please don't hesitate to contact SHAPE TEAM at info@a href= http://shapewlb.com target= _blank shapewlb.com./a

Best regards.

Q: 6. An article on 4kShooter said that this battery has a 12 volt output port (like the Powerextra batteries had before they changed the design). DOES THIS HAVE A 12v OUTPUT? Barrel connector? D-Tap?

We hope this helps and we thank you for your interest in our products. The SHAPE team.

Q: 10. Why would I use the low-power charging mode? Is there any downside to the high power mode? I have this charger but don't know.

A: The SHAPE NP-F980 Dual Charger with Two 6600mAh Lithium-Ion Batteries (B&H# SHNPF2B) offers what the the manufacturer calls a high-current mode and also a low-current mode. While the voltage is the same, the former (high-current) would typically be used for larger batteries or for a faster charge. The latter (low-current) mode would be used for the smallest batteries (e.g., 2500mAh and below) or to minimize the heat that is generated when a battery is charged. While it is best to allow a battery to cool before recharging it at all, if you needed to begin charging a warm battery immediately after use then it would be best to use the low-current mode at least until it cools down. Extreme heat (and cold) can damage batteries.
