Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Are these lenses parfocal when I put it on my blackmagic 6k?

A: All Sigma DSLR lenses are Varifocal and are not Parfocal regardless of the camera they are attached to.

Q: 2. The 50-100 lens arrived and it is very heavy for my weak hands. I would use it mostly on a tripod but I do not understand how to attach the lens to the tripod (as opposed to attaching the camera base). Do I need something to attach the tripod collar to the tripod? I so want to make this lens work for me.

A: The Sigma 50-100mm lens is a wonderful device and we are concerned to hear you are having an issue with it. In this case however, the solution is simple. Take the quick release plate from the top of your tripod head and screw it into the small hole on the bottom of the lenses tripod collar. Once that is secure, attach the lens to the tripod via the quick release. Be sure to tighten the collar with the knob that is on one side. Attach your camera. If you need to level the picture, loosen the collar knob. Do the same if you wish to go from landscape to portrait orientation.

Q: 3. Does Sony a6500/A7Sii autofocus work with these lenses?

A: The Sony a6500/A7Sii autofocus will with these lenses.

Q: 4. Works on ZV-E10 II?

A: Sony ZV-E10 II Mirrorless Camera can only accept Sony E-Mount lenses and the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 and 50-100mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art Lenses Kit for Sigma SA will not be compatible. You can find the list of compatible zoom lenses here: https://bhpho.to/4c3guzj.

Q: 5. Will both of these lenses work with polar pro basecamp? I want a clip on matte box but didnt know it would work with these.

A: Yes, one can use the 72mm and 82mm Polar Pro threaded clamp on rings with the PolarPro basecamp to attach the lenses to the matte box.

Q: 6. CAN I USE THIS LENS WITH Z CAM FULL FRAME 6K?

A: Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 and 50-100mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art Lenses Kit for Canon EF is not a full frame lens, so it will crop the full frame sensor of the ZCam. It is not a good option. I would recommend getting a full frame lens for a full frame camera.

Q: 7. Does ZCAM FULL FRAME 6K autofocus work with these lens?

A: The Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 and 50-100mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art Lenses for Canon are not supported for autofocus on the Z CAM E2-F6 Full-Frame 6K Cinema Camera.

Q: 8. Will these lenses work on a full frame canon 6d?

A: If you have a camera with a full frame sensor, do not buy this lens, it will vignette.

Q: 9. Why is it more expensive to buy the lens kit than it is to just buy them both separately?

A: The bundle is more expensive because it also includes 2 Sigma protection filters and the usb dock.

Q: 10. Can I use this lens with a sony A7sii?

I'm starting a cottage industry with a line of greeting cards. Will be printing 4-up on 13x19 Enhanced Matte Paper to test the various designs. Will also be generating one of a kind cards as the ultimate 1:1 marketing tool.

This paper is great for printing color photographs with. I haven't tried it for graphic work yet but I imagine it would work good for that also. The Matte finish renders midtones very beautifully in a way that glossy or luster doesn't. Also, the contrast of matte paper is slightly lower and doesn't show details as sharply. the paper has a great thickness to it and doesn't seem to pick up fingerprints. If matte paper is what you are looking for then this stuff is great

I have printed nature and wildlife prints on epsons enhanced matte paper using a cannon i9900 printer. The results are incredible. This bright white paper produces rich and true color reproduction. The high archival properties make this paper a good choice for displaying prints.
