With a 100% cotton rag base made from a hot press mould, this 50-sheet pack of 8.5 x 11" Smooth Fine Art Paper from Premier Imaging offers photographers and artists a smooth matte surface with a high resolution coating that provides a high D-max and wide color gamut. The 270 gsm paper is naturally white with no optical brightening agents, is acid- and lignin-free in its construction, and is alkaline buffered to increase longevity. Also, it has a thickness of 15 mil and is single-sided. Finally, the medium dries nearly instantly and is water-resistant.

This paper renders a soft look to your photos. I don't recommend it for shots where you want to highlight detail, but for floral or broad landscapes, it's excellent. 5

Premier Imaging Smooth Fine Art Bright White Paper seems to bring out better detail in the darkest and lightest areas of my fine art prints - highly recommended. 5

I'm using this paper in a Canon Pro-1000 printer and the prints are just stunning! Gallery quality prints from this buttery smooth paper with a totally matte finish. The colors are outstanding and make it seem like you're looking at a real scene in the picture. 5

Very high quality paper, and B&H delivered it across the country very quickly. Thanks. My use is more abstract than your basic holiday snapshot selfies, so I use the 13x19 sheets in a Canon Pro-100 printer, set to Photo on Plain Paper so it deposits a lot of ink. 5

The texture of this paper screams professional and luxury. Pair that with a splash or two droplets of pigmented ink and you got yourself a sold-out picture show going on. 5

Canon did/does not provide a profile for this paper on the Pro 100. My first test print was very dark. Since my prints using other paper for which I had a profile were not off-color, I went on a search for the proper profile. After a few days of people insisting that it was monitor calibration, not ICC profile, someone mentioned that Hahnemühle supplied a lot of Canon-lable paper. I found the profile in their archive. After installing it, everything is right with the world. The prints are beautiful,and they are dry when they come off the printer. Paper 5 stars; Canon 2. 5
