Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. IS there a way to attach a tripod on this bag?

A: Yes it attaches on the front.. however Ive found that it doesnt fit in the overhead bins with tripod attached, so you have to remove it before placing in overhead storage

Q: 2. A couple of questions.First, for those that have traveled with this bag, have you done do on the smaller regional planes (think Hawaiian interisland flights) Did it have to be checked if you did so?Second, it I recall correctly, the original version would not fit the pro bodies with the integral grip or other bodies with the accessory grip attached. Does this version?Thank you I'm advance!

A: I agree that it likely will not hold pro bodies with a grip at the top, as my 5DmkIV fits fine, but not with much spare room. The sides might hold it better as I have a 70-300 on the side and it fits great. Also, I have not had to put this onto a small plane, if fits great into regular plane bins. It is smaller than most carry on bags today, but small planes are much smaller.

Q: 3. Is this good to be used as a carry on for both US Domestic and also International flights?

A: This is designed to fit into most carry on standards however we suggest you confirm with your specific airline's requirements.

Q: 4. It will work as Hand luggage in the airport?

A: Totally! I use this and a backpack on flights. Fits in overhead nicely.

Q: 5. This bag comes with a separate rain cover, but what if you;re caught in a downpour without it? Is the bag itself treated with rain-repellant like ScotchGard?

A: The bag is weather resistant.

Q: 6. Will a Nikon 600mm f/4 lens with reversed hood fit in this case?

A: It would be better to use the slightly larger ThinkTank Airport International V3.0 https://bhpho.to/2JXnWAY.

Q: 7. Will this rolling bag fit a newer model (2021) 16" MacBook Pro laptop in the dedicated laptop compartment? Thanks

A: The Think Tank Photo StreetWalker Rolling Backpack V2.0 (Black) laptop pocket is 14.5 x 9.8 x 0.9". The Apple 16.2" MacBook Pro with M1 Pro Chip (Late 2021, Space Gray) dimensions are 14.01 x 9.77 x 0.66". So the laptop will fit.

Q: 8. Will this fit a 17 Inch MSI Apache Pro Laptop? Because the Amazon Basic bag said it can fit 17 inch laptops but it does not fit

A: My 15 MacBook Pro just barely fit into this case. It seems unlikely that a 17 laptop would fit.

Q: 9. Did anyone have a chance to compare this bag to Think Tank Airport TakeOff V2.0 Rolling Camera Bag? What are the key differences? Also, do you feel the wheels and handle bars when carrying it on your back, full of gear?

A: The Think Tank Photo Airport TakeOff V2.0 Rolling Camera Bag will be a better bag from the perspective of a comfortable back pack that has wheels, the "TakeOff" has more distance from the wheels and one's back, than the "Street Walker". The TakeOff also manages to carry much more equipment, but is a little bit bigger on the sides, but both are the same length.

Q: 10. Will Dell XPS 15.6 fit int? There are laptops with 15 screens bigger than it.

A: Yes, your laptop will just fit. The laptop compartment is 14.5x10x1 and your laptop is 14x10x.7.
