A: I bought this unit yesterday and have been testing it out on the a6000, a3000 and a7. With the a7, it seems to work fine. Flashes properly and the green light flashes after the photo is taken. Seems to adjust to +/- flash compensation also. On both the a3000 and a6000 (with no adapters) this flash fires, but where the light goes is beyond me. The pictures are exposed as if the flash did not fire. It must be a synch problem somehow. I have tried many settings, etc., but cannot get this flash to work on either the a3000 or the a6000. But, as I say, it works fine on the a7. The mount fits fine onto all three cameras, but both with an internal flash seem to have problems synching to it. I updated the firmware for the a6000 and a7 before testing, to the latest as of today. I will keep it since it works on the a7 and that's mainly why I got it.
