The MU118 Digital Multimeter by Rolls is a compact; all-in-one battery operated precision instrument which measures voltage, current, frequency and resistance. A built-in sensor allows it to also measure temperature for more advanced or specialized applications.

This multimeter features a single thirty position rotary switch providing easy one step operation when making function and range selections. It also includes an independent On/Off switch so the selector doesn't have to move from its current position.

The 3.5" digital display with large 22mm digits provides much greater accuracy than older analog meters and eliminates parallax errors by measuring and displaying quantities as a number. It also features a built-in diode test and convenient continuity buzzer which allows you to focus on where you're placing the probes instead of trying to read the display.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. this should do well for landscape photos...moon shots..but what about Christmas lights and fireworks? tracking aircraft like at an airshow?

A: The new Nikon DF-M1 Dot Sight may be the answer for these types of shots

Q: 2. Is this camera significantly better than the p 950 for shooting far away subjects (seals that are about 1/10th of a mile away)?

A: Yes. The zoom long ins the Nikon COOLPIX P1000 Digital Camera zooms to a 3000mm equivalent range so it can zoom in closer compared to the P950 which zooms to 2000mm equivalent. But this the P950 has the 2nd longest zoom range among the current bridge cameras.

Q: 3. Would anyone know what the aperture is at different focal lengths, like 300 and 500?

A: At 4.3mm = f/2.8 539mm = f/8. Our opinion is that f/4 comes about 10mm and f/5.6 about 200mm and f/8 from 300mm to the end.

Q: 4. Does auto-focus work while shooting video?

A: Yes, since this camera is not a DSLR, it is capable of continuously focusing during the recording of video.

Q: 5. Can you transfer directly from the camera to a laptop, via a USB cable?

A: Yes, the Panasonic Lumix FZ80D Digital Camera comes with a USB-C cable for downloading files from the memory card, but it does not support tethered shooting.

Q: 6. Will this camera do everything the basic cool pic camera does?

A: This is a out sized point & shoot camera. Yes, it can do anything a point and shoot can. However, the reason to get it is the enormous zoom lens. This is for when you are at a sporting event of a relative or if you are chasing wildlife or want close ups of the Moon. Otherwise it will be bigger, heavier than a regular point & shoot.

Q: 7. What tripod is best for this heavy camera? I have Bald Eagles behind our home and that is where I would use this camera most often. Thanks

A: Most tripods should work as long as you have one with the proper weight limit. For trying to photograph them in flight, I would recommend a ball head at bare minimum.

Q: 8. Is a strap included?

A: Yes. This will come with a camera strap.

Q: 9. What are the time limitations for video recording? Also, is there an app to control this camera remotely?

A: 25 min.Not yet.

Q: 10. Does the Coolpix p1000 camera package include the sunshade attachment that is in 50% of the advertisement photo's?

A: Yes. The product video above states it does.
