A: Hi Jesse, I own that same scanner and love it, I shot both medium format film and digital, typically I scan my negs. or color transperancies at either 1200 or 2400. and have found to work very well. At times I have scanned 35mm slides at the same resolution. Not sure you need to scan at 6400.
