A: Yes it will. This lens is for the Nikon F mount and couples appropriately. A caveat however: you will need to program your D200 to work with a non CPU lens in order to get appropriate auto exposure functions - though manual exposure works just fine (camera may say /0 if not programmed, by the way). Furthermore, I *believe* this is designed for an FX size sensor so you will need to consider the 1.5x crop multiplying factor (i.e. 90mm equivalent) in your shooting/setup.
